5 stars for the location, the view and the price, the rest is average.

The five-star rating is only there for the service. The receptionists are very friendly and understanding. They offer the best service and way of handling. The place may need to be renovated but you pay for where you stay so it isn't a big deal. The bathroom has a heater and a sea view, yeah. The beds are not all comfortable and you might need to bring your sheets with you to ensure maximum hygiene. Don't expect to be tall and very comfortable when it comes to stretching your legs.
The view from the 8th floor is breathtaking where you get a full view of the sea and specifically blue sea. It gets very cold at night but that is what people address in Alex.
Close to facilities and downtown so it saves the cost of transportation and the hassle of the traffic jam. Again, five is for the service, good stay we had there.

Fantastic place

It is actually a nice hotel, on the top 10th floor of central building. Safe, clean with spectacular views, okay beds, and good staff. Everything works fine here.
