Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza is a nice hotel in a lovely area. It's surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good, with lots of tasty options.

My stay at Hilton was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The hotel's luxurious and well-maintained facilities left a lasting impression, from the elegant lobby to the comfortable rooms with stunning views. The dining options were outstanding, with a diverse range of cuisines to choose from, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. The attentive and courteous service throughout my stay made me feel pampered and valued as a guest. The location was convenient, with shopping and attractions nearby. I left Hilton Hotel Green Plaza with unforgettable memories and a desire to return soon. It's a top-notch destination for travelers seeking both comfort and elegance.

Being in same premises with a mall has pros and cons depending on your requirements,
For me it was a business trip so all i want is a quiet room and wifi. So i didn't mind have a room in a well known name hotel but far away from the sea, and without a view.
Food is good, pool is good ( indoor and outdoor ).
You will be in the mall in no time as you can access it from any of the emergency exist along with the main entrance of course which is right next to the hotel entrance.

Staff are the most welcoming hotel staff I have event seen , they are so nice and kind . Sawsan and Islam in the restaurant offered an excellent service and food

A hotel that is more than perfect, and all its services are perfect, accommodating and serving rooms and restaurants within a shopping mall.

The only disadvantage is that its location is cut off from travel within Alexandria.

Awesome Hotel at an Awesome location, I had a Great Experience with a very good stay and nice food. Hotel atmosphere is great and everyone from hotel management are supportive.

The hotel was nice everything is in walking distance, restaurants the green plaza mall is under the hotel, nice location in the middle of most sites seen area.
Mr. Mohab Hegazi in the front desk was so professional and very helpful.

Convent location , clean facility , and an amazing staff. There was some construction noise but the staff was accommodating and offered to change the room to another that was away from the noise.

Very good hotel, orrfect view, perfect service, nice staff food is amazing, hk is amaxing, we enjoined alot as we did not have this time before, it was very good experience i recommend all to go there adults only, go there go there for sure, make sure you have some mony, you will do shopping in near by stores

One of the most vintage places of Alexandria, recommended for a friendly vibe, surrounded by a lot of shops that makes it even more fun

Wow, Extra Ordinary hospitality.
and the location is amazing plus they are serving great food even the authentic Egyptian food as the have served fetyr meshaltat and falafel in a very delicious way and also great bakeries and even the Indian cuisines like butter chicken.
For sure will not be my last visit.

Awesome place, I stay here for over 4 years now for business trips and work mainly, but its really quite cosy, comfy, and relaxing.
Room service is perfect, receptionists are very friendly (quite crowded though), and everything seems wonderful there

Super happy with the services!! Got early check-in & the check-in process was fast! Really enjoy my solo getaway. love the staffs, they were all friendly & professional 👍 the hotel is just beside the mall so you can enjoy your time eating, shopping & have fun going to the arcades or watch movies at the cinema. I’m glad that the hotel’s wifi was fast & the room was very cozy & clean.

But I would like to suggest that the bathroom maybe need basic maintenance.

Overall, It was a nice stay & I can’t wait to come back again.

This hotel was amazing. The best hotel service in Alexandria you'd ever see with high quality food being put in your table during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That hotel puts relaxation to a whole new level.

I stayed 10 days at Green Plaza Hilton, the hotel team were fabulous, very helpful and professional. Breakfast was tasty and many different options. The room cleaning second to none outstanding and the reception team will do whatever to accommodate you with a genuine smile

Good and comfortable the best thing was the room cleaning service they take care of every details to make it clean.
But at the same time the worst thing was the ( mosquitoes 🦟) I recommend providing mosquitoes killer with each room or don’t forget your mosquitoes cream
( for hotel resident ) you could find it in any pharmacy

Great place for doing business and for relaxation, inside Green Plaza Mall, the staff there were so friendly and cooperative, the breakfast buffet is good, the gym and spa are good, the executive lounge is good.

They let me in early, also upgrade my room to the royal suite, one of an Amazing and awesome 😍 thing, it was incredible.

I and my family enjoyed the pool, the staff there was so friendly and supportive.
An open buffet is good, they provide all kinds of delicious food there, stuff there was amazing and so friendly.

Inside the green plaza mall, you can let your kids enjoying Karamants kid's park with many kids playing games. You have to try the spa pool area as well.

Also they let us check-out late at 2:00 PM, which is amazing thing they have provide to us, I though regularly they let you out 12:00 PM, but if you Hilton Gold or Diamond, they let you out late!

Upgrade and services were Amazing. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kid.

Overall you guys deserve 10\10, we had a wonderful weekend vacation, and I have recommended this hotel to all of my colleagues, friends, and family. Thank you again for such an outstanding service.
