Cairo Pyramids - Steigenberger -Hotel

Perfect location for our tour guide to pick us up for our day tours. We had a wonderful view of the pyramids and pool. It is incredible to view the pyramids from our room! We arrived in the middle of the night so we didn't receive an extensive explanation of the property. Our breakfast was included in our room rate. We did figure out that there were other dinner options in addition to the buffet. There were 4 adults and 2 children in our group, and the variety of options met everyone's interest. An explanation at check-in would have acclimated us faster to the property as we initially thought that the bungalows were a separate property. However, if you follow the path along the bungalows, you will find the a la carte restaurant. The rooms were very clean and bottled water was provided daily. The pool tiling can be slippery so flip flops are a must. Great experience!

We enjoyed staying here and the rooms were very cute they were like cottages and we enjoyed swimming but the pools were kind of cold we recommend to make it just a little warmer. There were also lots of food options at breakfast there is a buffet at the neighboring steigenberger hotel (both campus' are connected) and for lunch and dinner there is a restaurant behind the pool. There is also an ATM that helped us a lot and a few shops for any basic purchases and souvenirs. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was superb. Very cosy place, well furnished clean Bungalows with terrace among green areas, trees, colorful flowers, and even delightful birds.
The location is great near one of the greatest wonders of the world and the new Great Egyptian Museum.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Pools are very clean with nice food around and in the restaurants.
We were some what skeptical because of some of the reviews but reserved by phone through Mrs. Maryam Sayed who encouraged us and promised us to have an unforgettable stay which was true. For sure, we will keep on going there.

We were very happy with this hotel. We stayed at the beginning and end of our 9 days in Cairo. Second stay we had a Pyramid view room. Quite the thing looking out the window at the Pyramids.

The hotel is lovely, the service is amazing and so friendly, any problem you have someone eill help you. Reception goes out of their way to help with any problem you might have. The food is incredibly delicious, and the pool is the best place to be on a hot day. The housekeeping is very clean and helpful. We are thoroughly enjoy our time here and this is our second time here. We love it so much.

Beautiful hotel with all the necessary amenities. Very courteous staff and smooth service. The view of the main pyramid from the pool/bar area is incredible! Saeed from Entertainment was very friendly and welcoming.

I always stay in steigenberger whenever I need to stay over in cairo.. it's small and cozy.. and it's close to most of the touristy places. Breakfast is simple but has all the main types of foods for everyone.. not luxurious but clean, cozy and quiet which is all I want.

I'd like to give a great thanking to Ms. Maryam Sayed as she's not only one of the most supportive and helpful persons I've met at the hotel but also one of the kindest persons I've ever met in general and it's been my pleasure to deal with such lovely person like her

This was a clean and nice hotel. Two pools, large buffet area, friendly and mostly-English-speaking staff, and live music some nights were the highlights. Not much to say otherwise. Coming from American hotels, I would say this place would not be out of place in the states. I felt comfortable here. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that the front door is within view of the pyramids!

This hotel is wonderful! Clean and beautiful. Friendly staff. Wonderful atmosphere. If you are going to stay in Cairo, this place is it.

If you want to have the best view in Cairo and far from all the noisy atmophere in the centre, this is your hotel.
My room had a big balcony with pyramids and grand egyptian museum view in which I enjoyed the best cigarrete of my life.
The bed and comodities were great.
The hotel personal were kind and helpful all the time.
The breakfast has a wide range for everyone.

On my second trip to Egypt and having stayed at many of the other 5-star hotels (Mena House, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Hilton, old Le Méridien) I am more impressed with the vibe here.

Apart from the insane Pyramid views, two pools/multiple restaurants, and outdoor gym, it boils down to the staff who have that incredible Egyptian desire to please you.

Little things go a long way. Early check-in; Upgrades; Welcome baskets; and the head chef personally delivering my room service when there was a small issue with the order.

Here is a customer service team that knows your name and room despite having a huge volume and constant turnover of guests.

Shout out to Amr the awesome Bellman and Menna & reception team.

Easy to walk to the new museum and look at the pyramids all day. Can't get more iconic.

Walking out to the pool and seeing the pyramids in the back yard is a surreal experience! Lovely breakfast and comfortable beds!

For this hotel no more discussion everything is convenient and more than convenient as you imagine they're no down everything great as you like
