We dined at this place last week while visiting Egypt from Canada and it is located in Dokki district in Cairo.
No booking was needed and there was enough street parking and there is someone who will guide you to park for a little tip like $1.

Took the elevator to second floor and we were greeted professionally and given a choice of smoking or no smoking tables, we were seated and promptly served us with water, I had “Lessan el Osfour” soup and the best Okra with beef in a warm casserole and rice plate, my wife had an amazing barbecued mullet fish she liked it very much and said it was the best and the rest had kawarea soup and stuffed grape leaves plate with kawarea and potatoes with meat and tomato sauce also we were served with a tray full of appetizers to choose from we picked hommus dip, garlic spread, egg plant salad and creamy potato salad for 30 EGP each and freshly baked pita bread.
My wife ordered mango juice and I had hot tea
The service was good and I would recommend waiters to keep their discussions private and no need for us to hear their conversation while we dine.
The price was reasonable and for 4 people the total was under 2600 EGP or US$57 and you can use your visa or master card and no one will ask you for a tip but I added 15% tip.
The place is clean with clean washrooms and elevator and the building entrance had a security person to great you.
We will visit this place again for sure on our next trip to Egypt.

A new and upmarket restaurant, one of the best so far; offering traditional Egyptian grills and dishes, in addition to a large selection of fresh fish.
Delicious food, good service and a must if you're entertaining a foreign guest.
A definite entry on my list of restaurants to revisit.

Very good service, good varieties, professional service, very delicious, but expensive to very expensive.

They have private rooms for events which is an added value. Food is delicious and many varieties also prices are reasonable. Service is very good staff are helpful

It can be expensive, but their food quality deserves it! My delicious and usually ordered dish is seafood tajin with white sauce! Very uniquely cooked and served! It can be served for two. The service is a bit slow because it is usually crowded, but there's no reservations needed, but during Ramadan, you need to reserve.
They used to offer delicious chocolate mint as treats; but last time, they were out of stock 😢

One of the best seafood places we've tried. Their "tajins" are just awesome, grilled fish was really good. Everything about the place was nice and the experience was so enjoyable.

The Only bad thing is that no place for parking around.
