Absolutely brilliant stay! As close to the Pyramids as you can get, and the view from the rooftop is SO SO AMAZING!

The food, the service and all the tours organized were so good - in fact, after a late night haircut, they even sent a person to accompany me back to the hotel lest I get lost :)

Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Pyramids Valley Boutique hotel! The location is 10/10! The service is amazing - staff is very helpful and professional.
The rooms are quite big, very clean and have a traditional egyptian touch.
There are rooms with Pyramids view.
You can enjoy your time in the restaurant with unbelievable view - 3 restaurants actually. All terraces are wonderful. Even you can watch the Pyramids night show.
Highly recommend this place and definitely will be back next time visiting Cairo.

One of the best hotels around. I stayed here for 4 days and they have tour packages as well with private English speaking guide and car. It's one of the safest options available for you. The tour guide was a well knowledgeable and good personality. He took care of our safety as well during the tour. The food is good quality and taste. I think they should expand their menu little bit which suits tourists from around the world. The rooms are near, bathrooms are clean. Housekeeping services are good. You can have a beautiful view of the pyramids from the roof top and also see the sound and light show at night from the roof for free. If you are staying for more that three days they arrange free airport pickup. Only issue i felt was with the wifi connection which is not really stable it often gets disconnected automatically. But it's ok they fixed it as soon as we complained about it. It's worth for the money and I really recommend staying here and choosing their tour packages. We enjoyed well.

It was wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is really cooperative and also the front desk. They did assist us for all our requirements. The location is perfect just opposite the pyramid. The view from the roof top was amazing. Food is good as well. They have a drop facility to the airport which is appreciated. Overall good people and cosy stay.

A+ Location, A++ Food, A+++ Service!! My wife and I had a little honeymoon dinner while in Egypt one night here, and it was possibly the best thing we did on our trip. The staff was incredibly accommodating and very friendly. The food was simple but incredibly well-done. Both my wife and I thought it was the best food we had while in Egypt. They have three separate rooftop areas in which to eat. We ate on the lower one and then we moved up to the highest rooftop seating area when the Pyramid/Sphinx light show started! 10/10 so cool! The staff even moved tables around for us to get the best pictures possible which made my wife's night! If/when we come back to Egypt, I couldn't image us staying anywhere else!

the hotel staff was excellent since the moment we arrived the hotel, the view to the pyramids is amazing and surprisingly close to them. Everybody was nice and thoughtful about our requests and questions, and even suggested us a great tour guide for our days in Cairo that made our time far better as if we had been alone. Definitely would come here again for my next trip to Egypt

I am still in complete awe of my experience here, nothing I say will properly explain how amazing this hotel was. From the hotel itself, the staff, the food, the view, everything. If you are a first timer to Egypt and are worried/nervous about your trip, please stay here.

Mahaoud (The owner) did an incredible job planning our excursions. We were able to just pay and enjoy the ride. And by the way, the price cannot be beat!

I would go back in a heartbeat. I'll attach some photos but I miss the staff already! You will leave with lifelong friends.

Anyone looking for a hotel near the pyramids THIS IS THE PLACE!
You can not beat the views, to start off, the staff is the sweetest, nicest, most accommodating ever. As soon as I arrived I felt very welcomed, I kept extending my stay because I was not ready to leave. The hotel provides tour guides, laundry service etc. They have an amazing rooftop where you can have breakfast, drinks, food etc. Every night there is a light show at the pyramids and the views are great. (The guys working the rooftops are amazing as well). Anything I needed the staff was ready to help and made sure I was accommodated. They treated me like royalty. Also, shout out to Ahmed G. and also to Ahmed the tour guide . THEY WERE THE BEST. I can't wait to go back, will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

We had a simply amazing three stay from February 10-13th at Pyramid Valley boutique hotel. It was our Wedding Anniversary and my husband, Lawrence, and I arrived to find really welcoming reception staff and the most delicious celebratory chocolate cake waiting for us in our room.
Our room was perfect with views to die for overlooking the Sphynx and the Pyramids. We just sat on the balcony for an hour taking in the view. The room was well equipped with kettle, coffee, tea, very comfortable bed and a decent shower with plenty of hot water.
The restaurant was on the roof with show stopping vies of the pyramids and perfect for watching the sound and light show.
The menu was varied and very good. There were welcome heaters and blankets for the desert evenings and we sat there for hours.
It was easy to arrange transport to different archaeological sites and the costs were very reasonable.
The staff really went out of their way to help us and they were always cheerful and smiling. We will definitely come back and stay here again when the new Cairo museum opens this year.
A big thank you to the staff for making our Wedding Anniversary so memorable.

I had a lovely time with my family staying at Pyramids Boutique Hotel in Giza. Perfect location for seeing the pyramids, including the Light and Sound Show.

The staff is very welcoming and polite and they will do everything to help you, especially Salma. She was AMAZING! From the moment of booking, she provided great communication regarding our arrival and helped with arranging tours, which made our experience even better. Incredibly professional and attentive. We cannot thank her enough!

Totally recommend this hotel if you’re in Giza area.

It was a 10 out of 10!

Beyond the breathtaking views of Giza Pyramids and the sphinx, our stay was impeccable. Full review below!

1. The staff was very helpful from before departure, to arrival and check out. Thank you to Salma for looking after us. She not only made us feel at home but especially she organised effectively our transfers to and from the airport and an unforgettable tour! Also the rest of the staff from the reception to the rooftop and restaurant was friendly, polite and attentive to make our stay an ever lasting memory.

2. Highly recommend their tours which are very worth it for the price. Tours are all private and prices vary depending on the number of people. We choose to do the one to visit Giza pyramids, Saqqara, and Memphis with camel ride and we also stopped at an iconic artisanal shop and a typical perfumery where we had the chance to smell fragrances from all kinds. The tour also included: private driver, English speaking guide, entry to all sites, a typical lunch in a local restaurant near Saqqara which was absolutely delicious. Both driver and guide were not only insightful during the tours but very very friendly! We had the time to enjoy every single bit of it without rush.

3. The room (superior queen) was spacious, clean, and with all comforts including a small balcony where to enjoy the views of the sphinx, a double bed and a large single bed with comfortable mattress, clean towels, air conditioning, a safe, a boiler, a fridge and TV. The cleaning service was also a 10, after a long day of visiting around, we came back to a room that was like new.

4. The included breakfast was typical and again delicious, you can enjoy it on the rooftop and start your day mesmerised by the view along with an amazing meal. We enjoyed the coffee and the juices too. The restaurant offer a mixed menu with typical Egyptian dishes and international too. If you are vegetarian or vegan, the breakfast and restaurant have a good amount of options. The bar offers mostly non-alcoholic drinks which was not a problem for us as the alternative options, which were mostly fruity drinks, were equally nice. There’s the possibility to order wine but we decided to embrace the culture and try something new with no regrets.

5. Whether you are travelling solo, couple or family, the hotel was very safe. The area around is half gated with police and CCTV making sure the location is safe for visitors. The hotel lays on a quiet and very strategic street where you won’t be bothered from the caos of Cairo. We didn’t encounter any safety problems however still make sure you keep an eye on your surroundings when travelling around Egypt.

6. Location was excellent, this is the closest view you can get to the sphinx and pyramids from a hotel. The entrance to the site from the sphinx side was literally next door.

7. Generally, Egyptian people are the nicest. Please make sure you observe and respect the culture everywhere you go. For many coming from western countries the Muslim ethics might be cliché at first instance but this is the beauty of diversity and discovering a new culture highly influenced by the magic Egyptian history. Every Muslim country enclose a diverse array of traditions. It’s an opportunity to learn but also to immerse yourself and learn about different cultures.

Thank you again to the staff, we will definitely be back!

Bestest experience in Cairo. First of all, the staff especially Salma and Omar are so friendly that they make you comfortable immediately. Whatever you request either for a taxi or booking a table or shopping guide, they happily help you. The view from the hotel is the closest to the sphinx and Giza pyramids though you might have to book the table of the rooftop one day prior as it might get filled up for private parties. The walk to the pyramid entrance is literally two minutes away. But what you need to remember is that this is the entry for walking tourists. the entry for the buses and other vehicles is on the other side. Breakfast is good though they might start a little after 7 am. Another advantage is that you won't have to pay for the light and sound of Giza pyramids as you can just sit on the rooftop and enjoy the light and sound for free sitting in the hotel itself. We are so happy we chose this hotel. You could book the pyramid side rooms if you want bigger rooms.

Its almost impossible for me to concisely explain the impact the "staff" at the hotel had on our experience, and I wont speak for my cousin, but this trip to Egypt literally will end up being a point that changes my life; many of the people you'd meet by booking here had a very heavy impact on that process. Let me start by referring you to Mahmoud, to help you get set up. He'll send you a "brochure" of activities which you should process heavily, as it will be what predominately helps to direct your experience. In regard to your guides/drivers, I would personally recommend Dr. Sabry(guide/habibi) and Yousef(driver/habibi) in Cairo, and Mohammed(guide/habibi) and Ahmed(guide/habibi) in Luxor. I am speaking against no other staff, but these guys have really become like family to us, as did most of the rest of the staff there. We looked forward to breakfast on roof, staring at the pyramids and sphinx with the morning crew, as they patiently had fun teaching us Arabic. The crew at the front desk are "good people" as well, and will make all comings and goings a cheerful and engaging experience; they also patiently worked with us on our Arabic. Of all of the amazing experiences during this trip, the people were the most amazing part. Regarding cost; the price of the hotel and excursions is relatively cheap, but where you can end up spending money is tipping and buying "trinkets". MANY people here rely on tourism monies to put food on their table, so if you go, please tip well, and support the "local business". It is set up for you to meet these incredibly talented people.
The hotel itself is very pretty and located right next to the Giza plateau. The food at the hotel restaurant was really good, and again, the "staff" has now become like family. I consider myself fortunate to have come across this hotel in my research to book this trip, and you should consider yourself fortunate to have a review like this that could help you make an incredibly smart decision. If you have ever had a desire to go to
Egypt; reach out to Mahmoud, ask him for the brochure, and start doing your homework! :)
