Nice hotel with Pyramid view from Rooftop and from some selected rooms. Staff at reception is great. Neat and clean room. Water bottle provided every day. Clean bathrooms

The staff were brilliant: friendly, understanding, supportive, efficient. I would undoubtedly say Fatma is the star team member there. She speaks perfect English and goes above and beyond to ensure guests receive the expected high quality service and experience.
Room was clean, bed very comfortable, views of pyrimads from the room we're cherry on the top.
Rooftop restaurant has very good views.
Internet was working very well in my room.
Room service did a fab job on daily basis.

If you book a tour via the hotel make sure you fully understand what to expect and perhaps ask staff to write it down because the printed books are dated and some bits of tour may not be included which can cause frustration and disappointment.

There was no milk in the room for making tea. However a kettle, tea bags and water we're available. I called the restaurant but they said we don't have milk but if you want to order coffee or tea we can provide you.

Restaurant food quality and taste is good but it's expensive which could compensate with the convenience one receives.

We booked this hotel 2 months before our trip. We did not know what to expect and were really worried seeing the reviews but when we arrived everything was perfect and we got exactly the room that we paid for with the amazing view of the pyramids ! ❤
The staff was really nice especially Asmaa, she is so professional, kind and adorable. We had a great time thanks to her.
The only cons of the room were that the floor is dirty and not cleaned when the room service makes the room, and that the shower runs out of hot water very quickly.
Breakfast was not really good, but the restaurant on the rooftop was fine.
There are other restaurants near the hotel anyway as well as a small pharmacy.
The hotel is accessible by Uber and it’s the easiest way to move around the city.
It was a good experience for us in Cairo.

I am in a big love with this hotel. I Guess its the best hotel you can find in Giza with pyramids view with really good price and such an amazing service, rooms, people there. Hotel looks exactly like in pictures, as rooms. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. One of the best memories about Cairo 🙏🏻 I recommend 100%

The accommodation was excellent. We had a very stay! Saif was super helpful and very attentive to us. Very nice and helped us with all the tours and transportations. Akhmed was very good in driving us around giza and cairo. Moses was also a great tour. We had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place. Price is very decent as well. Great stay!!

I was here for one week and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean and tidy, heating was good (this is important because we were here in winter with temperatures of 10 degrees) and the staff is helpful once you get past the language barrier. We managed to explore the area around the hotel and found a secret walkway that takes you to the pyramids in 10 minutes. There were also some stables along the way and we managed to get a breathtaking camel ride into the desert with magnificent views of the pyramids at a very reasonable price.

Few things to note
1. The pictures of your room may not be the exact room that you are staying in. When I booked my room I chose one with a view of the pyramids but when I arrived and checked in my room was facing the opposite direction.
2. There is a very nice and reasonable eatery close to the hotel. We got our meals from here every night because dining in the hotel rooftop is a little bit pricey.
3. The price for laundry is also on the high side so I just bought a bar of soap and hand washed my items every night when I returned to the hotel and hung it up to dry overnight.
4. The reception staff is super friendly and made us feel very welcomed during our stay
5. The camel ride into the desert was the ultimate highlight of my trip to Egypt. We were on a tight schedule so I could do it for only an hour but really I could have spent the entire day here.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I did a group trip here and we stayed 6 days. The food was great, the staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we was happy. I had the suite with pyramid view and it looked just like the picture. You are in Egypt amongst the locals so everything won’t be perfect. But for the price you pay it’s worth minor issues. I will be going back next year taking another group and staying here. They also handled all of our excursions, got us there on time and did a excellent job. I HIGHLY recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed. If you go take a washcloth cause there wasn’t any on site.

The place really exceeded my expectations. The special thing honestly about this place is the staff at the reception, they were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. You can see the pyramids directly without any obstructions, maybe a few buildings in between but are very short and not obstructing the view.
The roof top view is really nice, only have been there in the morning during breakfast and really liked it.
The location is perfect if you want to visit the pyramids of Giza or even if you wanna go to the Saqqara pyramids.
Price is really good compared to the standard. You have a decent parking spot if you wanna park your car.
I do not think that this part of Giza has decent public transport yet, so the place was more than perfect for me as i relied on a car.
Totally recommend this place and i wish that the staff keep maintaining these standards.

The staff was professional, courteous and friendly. If we needed anything, they were quick to assist. Our suite was spacious and clean. The view from our 4th floor suite of the Pyramids was awesome! The restaurant food was delicious. We ate there several times for breakfast but our favorite was dinner. The rooftop deck was so amazing that we witnessed a wedding there on Sunday.

We felt safe at the hotel and the walkable places ... Cleopatra Restaurant and corner store.
If you're visiting Giza, Egypt I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago. The experience we got was great and memorable. The view you get from rooftop is beautiful. You can admire the pyramids, sipping your favorite drink. Beginning with the front desk, the cleaning stuff, and of course the roof top restaurant waiter’s were very welcoming and friendly. The front desk stuff was always helpful. I want to highlight chef Mohammad, he was extremely welcoming and caring through our entire stay. Breakfast and coffee are amazing. Falafel is mouthwatering. Housekeepers do a great job. The owner is always present and friendly as well.
I highly recommend this place for those, who values excellent service and comfort.

First time internationally and decided to travel to Egypt. Chose this place from the photos and review. I can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay here. The front desk gentleman, Saif (spelling?), was amazing at making us feel comfortable and helping us decide on tours to take. We met Amira, our tour guide through them and we now consider her family. Our tour guide that we had for the black and white desert, also amazing! THANK YOU for such superb service from the rooftop diner crew. We had a blast getting to know all of you! All meals - delicious. Cappuccino - amazing! We will be back again and I have already told my family and friends about you all. We did have a small mishap toward the end with service from one of the front staff people but it didn’t take away from our amazing service otherwise from everyone else. If anyone has issues - just ask for Saif, as he takes great care of you. Oh, and Mohammed - amazing as well! And all our drivers and gentleman who helped us with our bags. Shukran!

This hotel is tucked back in a area that Arabian horses are boarded and a road where camels are transported to and from the pyramids. It was super cool seeing the camels coming in the morning on their way to the pyramids and going back to their stables in the evening. It is fairly close to the Giza pyramids but not close to any shopping, unless you count the snack shop about 5 minute walk away.
That is only down side of 9 Pyramids Hotel! The people are very kind and friendly, the room was simple but clean. The best thing about 9 Pyramids is the view, the view, the view from the fifth floor patio/lounge/restaurant. Our first morning was cool, but not cold so we could sit outside with an amazing view of the pyramids and have breakfast.
I would recommend this place for that alone, not counting the other positives I stated above.

It was a very comfortable budget accomodation close to the pyramids. The room was reasonably clean but definitely better than my expectation (expectations were low while booking a budget accomodation close to pyramids). Despite my initial reservation, I enjoyed the stay. The hotel staff staff made me feel very welcomed and very attentive to my comfort and needs.

The staff was really friendly, the hotel was affordable, the rooftop dining area was beautiful with great 180 degree views of the pyramids and Egypt. You get a welcome drink when you arrive to the rooftop. The food was great and affordable. The rooms were clean with a nice hot shower and a great balcony with Pyramid views. It was in a safe location.

This hotel was amazing definitely a five star property. The view of the pyramid is just unbelievable. Not to mention the food is so good and they have a huge menu to choose from,The owners are so nice and sent complimentary fruit to my room. Anything you need or want the hotel will get it for you. They arranged for me to leave the property for a nice massage after touring the pyramids. I highly recommend this hotel…… The front desk staff is amazing very friendly…….

I reserved for my parents through whatsapp, since the start they were so professional, very good treated, quick response. When my parents arrived to cairo airport, the hotel shuttle was there ready for pick up, they enjoyed a beautiful welcoming, they loved the room with pyramids view, so comfortable and big, very clean and excellent service, my parents stayed for 15 days in the hotel very happy. Safe and trustworthy. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is a gem in Giza the hospitality was amazing, the pyramids view is spectacular, hotel staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional, breakfast in the roof top are delicious, we booked the tours directly with the hotel concierge (Mostafa) which gave us great service and recommendations.
The tour guide ( Hannan) and the driver (Mohamed ) were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fun , they definitely made us feel at home and always safe , they really made our trip unforgettable. The owner of the hotel was always present and making sure we got the best service and experience.
We definitely recommend this place .
