Wonderful view from room/ rooftop. Amazing location right at the exit of the pyramids area, great place to stay after a whole day visiting the pyramids.
Even better is the hospitality the restaurant manager, every morning he took care of us very well, very keen to serve and genuine enthusiastic of facilitate tourists, just great stuffs from him.
Toilet wasn't perfect but hospitality is absolute class, would recommend.

The view from the rooftop is amazing. Breathtaking place to have some tea or a meal. I wish we had been there on an evening they were running the pyramid light show. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were good. The price is good for what you receive. We had the rooms in the back and while they had no view, we had zero road noise. We had an early flight and they were great even at 4:30 in the morning. In my sleepy daze, I messed up the currency conversion and tipped the porters next to nothing. They were so gracious I didn't even realize it till we were half way to the airport. Sorry gentlemen, hopefully I'll have a chance to make it up to you someday.

|/We had a fantastic stay at the Panorama Pyramids Hotel, just opposite the Sphinx. Clean rooms, amazing Egyptian breakfast, and incredible Pyramids view from the rooms and the rooftop. The staff treated us like royalty too, thank you Hassan! We will definitely visit again!

I do not believe you will find a hotel with better views, brilliant staff and a fantastic breakfast anywhere else in the world. I was in two minds whether to book this hotel but after staying for three days I wouldn’t have missed the experience. Yes, the rooms are not brilliant but open the curtains and drink in the view. One of the best value for money hotel’s we have ever used and you are opposite one of “The Wonders of the World!”

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Panorama View Hotel, and I can't praise their service enough.

The rooftop dinner was nothing short of amazing, and the hospitality we received was truly out of this world!

One of the standout features for us was the constant supply of free coffee, tea, and water, which is part of their policy. It's these thoughtful touches that make a real difference in your stay.

Manager Moses and the entire staff, including Hassan, Ali Baba, and all the others, deserve a special mention. Their dedication and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We wish we could take them all with us on our journey!

Another remarkable aspect of our stay was the hotel's accessibility. My husband is a wheelchair user, and we stayed in room 201, which was easily accessible by elevator. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, from helping with our backpacks to being there whenever my husband needed assistance.
They even helped us with our bags when we ordered an Uber and made sure the right Uber picked us up.

And let's not forget about the breakfast – it was amazing, just like the service. I can confidently say that you should skip the Hilton hotel and stay at the Panorama View. You'll receive 100% better service and hospitality here. Our stay was truly exceptional, and we can't wait to return.

I must also mention that the view from room 201 was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning vista was a real treat. But here's the thing – as amazing as the room view was, the rooftop view was even better in real life.

Words can't truly describe how spectacular it is! You have to see it with your own eyes to fully appreciate the beauty.

Panorama View Hotel truly lives up to its name, and I can't recommend it enough for the incredible views, service, and overall experience.

I stayed at room 101. Good location to see the Pyramids from the window. Room rather small but okay for a couple of nights. Very distinct view of the pyramids. Good service from the staffs.

Amazing hotel. We had issues with the Hilton at Cairo and decided to stay in Giza instead. Even though it’s a simple hotel in the sense of infrastructure, the rooms are clean, the people are very kind and the service is great. The tours available downstairs are great and you would most definitely enjoy your time best if you schedule them. Hola from the front desk was amazing! Not to mention the view which is obviously amazing. Definitely recommended

My bathroom had some issues, like a leaky sink that was lowkey flooding, but I don't think anyone staying here cares too much about the rooms. They're here for the rooftop view and the pyramids. Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Of course the staff want to be tipped constantly, but that's part of being in Egypt. Recommended!

Amazing views with a great price. Rooms are nothing to be blown away by, but they're clean with comfortable matressess, cold AC, and plenty of hot water. Just a short trip up the stairs leads you to the built in rooftop restaurant which is incredibly convinent after long days of tours and day trips. Not to mention it's the best view of the pyramids of any of the hotels in the area, great for watching the nightly light show.

The service is pretty good and timely. Muhammed, a manager/server for the restaurant, is excellent and constantly ensures you're enjoying yourself. If you're looking in the pyramids area for a hotel, this is the right choice.

I didn't stay at this hotel but came here to hire a car with a driver to take us to Dahsur, Memphis & Saqqara. After a bit of negotiating with the manager, we got a fair price for it. The driver was excellent. No dirty tricks. He didn't try to take us to a random shop or hassle us to buy some other service. He took us exactly where we wanted to go and back to the hotel with no fuss. Extremely happy with the driver and the car. Much better experience than in Luxor which we found unpleasant and upsetting.

I recently had the most remarkable stay at the Hotel Panorama View Pyramids in Giza, and I am thrilled to share my incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Not only was the view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx from my window breathtaking, but the exceptional customer service provided by Ola and Hassan truly made my stay memorable.

Let me begin by expressing my utmost gratitude to Ola, (as I have very bad memory skills I forgot her name in the beginning) whose warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression on me. From the very first interaction, Ola's kindness and attentiveness were evident. She effortlessly ensured that every aspect of my stay was perfect, going above and beyond to meet my needs. Her knowledge of the area and willingness to assist with any questions or requests I had truly enhanced my experience. Ola's friendly demeanor and ability to anticipate my needs made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

I had some problems accessing internet and she without hessitation moved me to another beautiful room were I could work perfectly.

Equally deserving of praise is Hassan, whose dedication to providing perfect customer service at the rooftop bar was evident from the start. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my comfort were unparalleled. Whether it was promptly handling my breakfast and dining options, Hassan's expertise and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest in a culinary way. His genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay truly exceptional.

As an adventurous traveller, I'm not used to luxuries of any tipe so it blew my mind that aside from the exceptional service, the Hotel Panorama View Pyramids offered an unparalleled view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was a dream come true. The well-appointed room provided the perfect blend of comfort and elegance, allowing me to relax and fully immerse myself in the awe-inspiring beauty just beyond my window. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room design further enhanced the overall experience.

In conclusion, my stay at the Hotel Panorama View Pyramids was an absolute delight, largely thanks to the incredible customer service provided by Ola and Hassan. Their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness exceeded my expectations and truly made me feel like a VIP. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Giza. The stunning view of the Pyramids and the Sphinx combined with the exceptional service provided by the staff made this a stay that will remain etched in my memory forever.

Gratifying. 9.5/10

I stayed here for the most welcoming and comfortable 2 nights of my trip. From greetings to farewell the hotel staff remained extremely friendly and professional. Room was neat and well maintained. They don’t make you wait at the lobby for check in rather they give you welcome drinks at the most refreshing view of Giza Pyramids from rooftop before you go to your room. Their breakfast stands above everything with a lot of variety and delicious taste mixed with the loving attitude of the staff specially Hassan & Hussaini. If i had to chose the best two things about this hotel than i will certainly choose the View of Pyramids from our room and their scrumptious breakfast. You can also enjoy the light and sound show from the rooftop. Special admiration for Muhammad at the reception. The only thing which requires improvement is the Wifi.

My stay here was excellent. I had a great view of the pyramids from my room. Best part of the stay was meeting Hassan, the waiter/server on the roof. He took great care of us, talked to us, and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. A good representation of how kind , friendly, and talkative Egyptians are.

Must recommended. Make sure to check the room you have booked . We booked one with balcony but it's too small instaed they gave us a bigger room and complimentary dinners which was perfect since you would be spending all your time either on roof top or ok tours. View is worth it. You can watch sunset and light show for free from the roof top. I am definitely coming back. Hassan during the breakfast was very kind and helpful.

Moses, Alibaba and Mohammed and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The only way to be closer to the pyramids is to sit on top of the ticket office. haha breakfast on the rooftop was very enjoyable & If you get a little too much sun just ask for an umbrella and they will bring it for you. I also highly recommend their full day private guided tour that will pick you up at the hotel and drop you back and includes lunch. Many nights we enjoyed room service on our private balcony overlooking the pyramids in Giza. Very romantic for couples. You won't want to stop taking pictures because the sunsets and the moon and the stars are amazing. I enjoy doing Facebook live videos to my friends back home from the rooftop restaurant. They quickly took care of any small issues we had.

It's a very good hotel with an amazing rooftop view. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and nice decorated and the food is delicious. The managers are speaking English, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, Portuguese, really helpful to get along with them.

We were staying for 3 days in a beautiful little family and friendly hotel. We are traveling a lot and on our journey we met interesting Hotel stuff, but none was like stuff in Hotel Panorama. Every morning we had beautiful greating and serving from the best, always smiling waiter HASSAN, who made our day better every morning. 1st day we had a tour guide from a different company and unfortunately we didn't have so good experience, but 2nd day we asked the hotel if they can organise anything for us and then we met SAMEH, the best tour guide in whole Giza and Cairo, who was organised from our great Hotel. We want to say thanks to all of the stuff because they made our first impression of Cairo and Egypt really nice.
We would recommend it any time !
PANORAMA thank you for everything :)

We spent 4 night there and our experience was great. We had the double room with Pyramid view, amazing views. Yes the place needs some updating but you are not paying the price of the Marriot hotel. The room was clean and we had no problems. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast, delicious authentic food and Hassan was always very attentive and welcoming. Nothing like a smile and an ancient wonder of the world to put a smile on your face. Thank you guys

Pros: Stunning pyramid views at the edge of the entry zone. Very kind and helpful stuff (I only remember Hassan's name, thanks for the WiFi 🙏).
Cons: the only down side is, it's a bit noisy, but that's most probably something you need to embrace despite of the hotel you choose in the area if you want to be this close to the pyramids.
