الخدمة ممتازة وراقية جدا في التعامل والاهتمام

Gulf visitor for 9 days , today want to receive USD 1000 I provide a passport and transfer transaction no. But staff inform that not enough and he asked for hotel certificate with a stamped.
I show him the ( Booking ) from my mobile he said no because thT expired yesterday.
I inform him yes because of that I need the money to pay for an extension period with hotel. And I will left after 5 Ciro and this my first travel ,
We need training the staff how to deal with customer and there’s a exceptional for a visitor who the come on first time .
The strict role implement for those do same thing many time .

I waited for two hours to get disrespected by the employ, I was tired yet he kept pushing me further .. he was in bad mood due to the previous customer who kept nagging on him still its wasn't my fault , I won't visits it again

Disgusting service only one employee
Took me 3 hours to finish my transaction
Worst bank ever!!

اسوء فرع بنك ممكن تدخله في حياتك ، قبل ماتسحب رقم يقولك شوف فرع تاني عندنا زحمة ولمن تسحب رقم يقولك السستم داون لايداعات الجامعه بس

فرع جداً سيء بالساعه بيمشي فقط عميليين ،الموظفين مشغوليين الرغي و تبادل امورهم الخاصه و العميل واقف خدمه جداً رديئه
