Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence

Wonderful hotel. Older style rooms - retro even, but they are very clean and lovely. Views from balcony in room - you can see the pyramids! Staff was amazing, casino , mall connected to hotel. The breakfast was amazing!

The hotel does showed a luxury within.
The process for checking in was smooth as I reached the hotel at 3 am. The attended staff was polite and professional. The room was surprisingly huge. A little dated but well maintained. Breakfast spread was great with a lot of food selection. Room service was superb as I travelled for work, the room service was important. Keep up the good work.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the security staff were welcoming. The room was clean and amazing, with a comfortable bed that provided a relaxing sleep. The hotel's connection to the mall was convenient, and I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of food options. The coffee shop in the middle of the mall was also amazing. Overall, Four Seasons Hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for a memorable stay.

My parents, wife, two children and I stayed here in March 2024 and made it the focal point of our some events we were celebrating.

The hotel is spotless, the service is impeccable, and the food was very good.

I used the gym that overlooked the Nile every day as well. We will miss our daily breakfasts as well - splendid service here.

Mr. Fisher and his team went above and beyond to try to make our stay a memorable one.

If you are looking for some tranquility amidst the chaos of Cairo traffic, I would recommend this hotel.

Most importantly, if the hotel does drop the ball in anyway, you can be assured they will try to make it right rather than make excuses which as customers is always appreciated.

Fantastic stay at the Four Seasons First Residence. Their service really is top notch. I have to give a special thank you to Shaimaa from the concierge team. She helped me coordinate an important delivery since I am traveling for awhile. It was complex due to customs but she was so amazing! Thank you as well to the breakfast staff. They were so lovely and accommodating of our vegan diet. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

I stayed at the hotel with my mom last December and it was quite a pleasant experience. The room was well set every day.
We only had breakfast at The Tea Lounge, where we were always very well attended to, especially by Abanoub who was always very thoughtful to us. He was always available to help. I truly recommend the hotel and look forward to come back soon.

Great clean deluxe room, didn’t try the service only called once and they answered my question clearly. The location is good in the middle of the city but crossing the road will lead you only to the zoo side, didn’t explore the area but I didn’t see any market near the hotel. Great experience, friendly staff. I would recommend and definitely go back.

We had a fantastic stay for my friends 30th birthday. Yousef from room service was particularly great bringing us some free desserts after our meal. We also really appreciated the birthday cake in the room - we would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and courteous. My wife and I felt very safe at all times. Don’t miss out on Cairo. It is much safer than New York.

The best hotel in Cairo! The service is perfect and the hotel is very beautiful. I organized a trip from Dubai for my 25th birthday and enjoyed every moment of it. Service was personalized and so was my suite. I was welcomed by Kareem at the reception and I was surprised by the amazing birthday cake and birthday pillows that had been organized for me. I will visit again!

Another point to add is that the first Giza mall is attached to the hotel meaning that salon services and shopping are at your finger tips.

The variety of restaurants was great I had dinner at Zoe. Breakfast juices are also extremely fresh.

This was a wonderful experience here.

Every single aspect of my stay at the Four Seasons was Five ***** Stars.

The hotel is extremely clean. Tastefully decorated. Restaurants and spa services are A#1.

But what really made this stay here above all others was the staff. The front desk staff, concierge - in particular Mr Sherif Yousry helping me ship and transport my goods back home. They continued to provide support even after I had checked out of the hotel and was no longer there guest.

I am forever grateful to this hotel for being so kind and helpful during my stay - I will return when in Cairo area again !

What a nice hotel! Great atmosphere, clean rooms, good service!
For those visiting Cairo, a good hotel is a must. I am not saying that because of safety, but it is hard to go out on your own. [too complicated if you are American]
This hotel has a good amount of things to do between shopping, restaurants, casino and spa!

The only complaint was there was not a walk way for the First Nile "Cruise." I missed out on all those restaurants because I could not cross the street.

An excellent hotel with excellent staff and service. Rooms have a view over Giza and the pyramids which make an amazing view at sunset. The breakfast is outstanding both for the quality of the food and for the quality of the staff.

Wonderful place, very homey mostly due to the extremely helpful staff. Popular among business travelers and fellow arabs, as it’s not as popular of a tourist hotel as the other Four Seasons.

Thankyou to the team at the Four Season Hotel Cairo at The First Residence for a wonderful stay. As someone who has spend 30 years working in and with hotels. This now rates as my most favourite hotel stay of all times. The rooms are amazing. The attention to detail is second to none.

The staff were some of the most professional I have ever experienced. On top of that our group of 60 vey well travelled business owners rated the breakfast buffet as they best they had ever had. Believe me there is a lot of breakfast buffet experience amongst the group.

I really enjoyed my stay at the four season first Residnece. The staff were very hospitable I would really recommend my friends to stay at this hotel. And many thanks to Kareem who is in front desk for offering an upgrade to the room category for my girlfriend birthday. Will got sure come back again and stay at the four season first Residnece.
