Where you can buy anything from brands to groceries. Includes a lit of brand stores form shoes to dress shirts and brand perfume and cologne. Also includes a supermarket for all home necessities and grocery shopping. Small fish market and ready made food are available within the supermarket . Lots of restaurants and cafés like Starbucks and Costa coffee .
Includes a food court for fast food and has a top end cinema with delicious snacks. Has one of the largest kids areas in alexandria where grownups can also play .

Decided to try this cafe out instead of my usual places and was very impressed with the menu choices, quality of food and the warm and friendly service staff 👍🏻 I had a light lunch and will be back to sample all the other items. The medium size cappuccino came in a normal size mug and a mini muffin 👍🏻

You can have a great experience for movie, food, fun and shopping. Little deserted during Ramadan season, otherwise great all the rest of time.

The place is very good it has a lot of stores and coffee shops and restaurants it has alot of great clothes stores It has a good huge parking area

It's a very big place but prices are not good for low-budget visitors

The place is comfortable and cuzy and the food is delicious and the waiter atef is so friendly and professional

Best place in the area to spend time with family and make all types of shopping you wish.. And it's usually open until late.

Just used the atm and their parking facility. Same Al Futaim quality I am used to seeing in GCC.

Edit on 2021 best yet and the nber one place for shopping so far in Alexandria with free parking and service all day from 10 to 12th midnight working 365 days ayear

It was overall good with alot of restaurants and cafes. There's nothing else I could really ask for except that the bathrooms are always really crowded.

Excellent for going out shopping and dining with friends not so much for adventure attractive place but still a good place to go out

I love sitting in coffee shops there! I recommend you visit caribou cafe if you're going on a coffee date. It's usually less crowded than other coffee shops and the mugs are just adorable!
