Al Marouf For Food Industry

This place is truly exceptional! A true hidden gem that, when in Alexandria, you simply must visit. The food tastes fantastic and is really fresh. The decor will give you the impression that you have moved to central Asian country, but the real highlight of the place is the people. Mr. Omar is incredibly kind and inviting, and he will do whatever it takes to ensure that you have a great day. What's even more astounding is that they don't take tips! After paying and leaving, a nice guy- who seemed to be Omar's son- followed me all the way to give me back the extra money, he said this is the store rules, no tips allowed. How amazing are they? ! We are surly coming back.

Everything is amazing. Highly recommended, their portion is big, very authentic, food is super tasty. The owner and staff are so friendly too. Worth to try and sure will be back 😍

The bukhari rice & the dessert were delicious. Only that it is advisable to call them before you come so you don’t have to wait for too long. Other than that all good & recommended.

A great place, been eating there multiple times in ~7 years and the quality of the food never changed. You’d expect a very welcoming family and atmosphere. Always prepare your stomach to eat as much as you can because food is very delicious too!

The food is very delicious, great value for money, huge portions, and clean. We tried the fish platter with potatoes and vegetables, Molokhya, Shrimps (it was my first time to eat shrimps cooked in this delicious way, it is a must try! )

As for the service and hospitality, it was superb.

I visited Al Marouf restaurant last week with my friend and we had a great time. It is a cozy and charming place that serves delicious food , pastries and salads. The food was fresh and tasty. I ordered plov and manti for lunch and they were both perfect. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant were relaxing and inviting, also has an elegant design with comfortable seating and lighting. The service and staff of the restaurant were friendly and attentive. They greeted us warmly and took our orders quickly. They checked on us regularly, also gave us some recommendations on what to order. I was very impressed with this restaurant and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner in Alexandria. It is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to.

I have been eating there since 2012 and the quality of the food and service has always been amazing. You would feel that you are eating at a friend's house not a restaurant. It is rare to find a restaurant nowadays where you can eat homemade quality food and be treated like a guest not a customer. It is excellent in every sense of the word. I highly recommend the lamb dishes, the steamed rice, the quails, the soups, and the salads. Their dessert options also are something else. Don't forget to try their tea. I will always go eat there and take my family and friends with me. 5/5
