My family and I have been going to Dr. Akram Khafagy ever since 2014, we even went to Dr. Karim several times and we were always satisfied with everything (cleanliness, professionalism, quality of the service provided) but this time our experience wasn't the best with Dr. Ahmed. Today, my mum went to have her wisdom tooth extracted, there was an abcess underneath which made it so painful for her to bear the pain and I believe she was not allowed enough time for the anasthesia to work, the doctor started extracting her tooth, she felt pain so she told him, he answered impolitely by telling her 'this is not going to work, you can leave and come back after 2 or 3 days when the pain is already gone' which made my mum tell him 'no please get it extracted and that she can not bear the pain'. Not only this, but my mum even screamed from pain and he spoke very rudely to her telling her that this is not going to work. To sum it all up, I pay money to get a service done and I believe I should be treated the way I expect to be treated.
Keep in mind that my mum have undergone several major operations and she was never exaggerating, my mum when she says she feels pain, she really does.

Waste of time and money.

You will waste at least 60 minutes waiting even if you confirmed your time 15 minutes prior to the appointment.

They charge way above average compared to other high-end dentists in the area.

Average quality when it comes to the actual dentistry.

The only good thing about the place is the cleanliness.

Don't throw your time and money away.

I got my braces removed and
