I recently had a delightful experience aboard the Oberoi Zahra Cruise and felt compelled to share my positive feedback. The rooms were wonderfully spacious, and Mahmoud from the concierge team went above and beyond, ensuring all our requests were pre-arranged. As a group of 8, he secured rooms next to each other and even organized a hairdresser for us in both Aswan and Luxor.

Our tour guide, Mona, was exceptional, adding depth to our exploration. Chef Salah's culinary creations made every meal a delight, and Saady's outstanding service during rooftop dining and throughout our meals truly enhanced our experience.

The housekeeping staff showcased creativity with their amusing towel art, adding a personal touch. Our only regret was not staying longer than the memorable 3 nights. Without a doubt, we look forward to repeating this exceptional cruise experience in the future.

This was an amazing cruise. I highly recommend. Service was very good, and the food was fantastic. The sightseeing and our tour guide were incredible. I wasn’t feeling good some of the days on board the cruise, and the employees were so caring and helpful, checking up on me and asking if I needed anything. This cruise will make you feel special, almost like royalty or something! I loved the pool and sun deck!

From the moment I stepped aboard, I was greeted with warm hospitality by the crew, who were attentive, knowledgeable, and always available to assist with any request. Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and tidy. Just bear in mind that the walls are thin so that when they throw parties, you will hear the music and bumps. However, the crew did try their best to accommodate for the noise.

Accommodation, itinerary, staff, guides, food we’re all excellent. Sherif and his team could not have been more helpful and our guide, Emad, was knowledgeable, interesting and entertaining. The food on board was exceptional. The whole experience was amazing and we would not hesitate in recommending this trip.

This is the best ship you can get for a Nile cruise. And for those considering travelling during the Corona pandemic: do it if you can!

We went in Oct/Nov 2020 and it has been a perfect decision. (a) This is maybe the only moment in decades to see the key sights in Egypt without the crowds (we were often the only ones at various temples). Do it now if you want to really enjoy and immerse yourself in ancient Egypt. (b) The safety measures are good: both at the airport (you need a negative Covid-19 test to get in), but especially at the ship: strict disinfection measures are in place, everyone is wearing masks, the staff is super careful, masks are always available, temperature is being measured every single time you board the ship, distance is kept (and can be easily kept on this very luxurious ship), gym is disinfected after every use etc.

The ship itself is outstanding and the staff is extremely attentive. Our cabin is huge with beautiful views of the nature along the Nile. The sun deck is just perfect for relaxing during sunset. The food has a very high quality and is delicious. This is really a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Amazing 7 days on Zahra ship. You could fault this ship, tours and guides, they were the most helpful and knowledgeable. The ship staff were amazing and lots of fun. Cuisine was amazing as was restaurant staff. 7 star experience at a 5 star cost. We would definitely recommend this cruise without hesitation.

Amazing service by the crew!

C'était un vieux rêve que de découvrir l'Égypte et ses merveilles à bord d'un bâteau et ce jour est arrivé, alors nous avons choisi le plus beau et le meilleur !
De l'arrivée au départ toute l'équipe a fait tout son possible pour que notre voyage se passe dans les meilleures conditions, ce qui a été le cas grâce à Shamden, Sherif, Saady, Shady, Mahmoud, Ahmed, Hossam... et tous ceux dont nous n'avons pas retenu le nom mais que nous remercions de tout cœur !
Le bâteau est moderne et bien agencé. Notre cabine nous a vraiment plu avec son grand et confortable lit, son coin salon, sa salle de douche (wc et bidet) ainsi que ses nombreux rangements. Il y a deux baies vitrées, une côté salon et l'autre dans la douche. Se laver face au Nil fut un moment délicieux (il y a un store électrique si vous voulez plus d'intimité)
La connexion internet a toujours été opérationnelle. Il y a le wifi du bâteau et on vous remet un petit boîtier 4g supplémentaire que vous pouvez emporter avec lors des visites.
Chaque jour il y avait un rendez-vous avec un egyptologue qui connaissait parfaitement bien l'histoire. Les différents sites étaient tous très intéressants et magnifiques. Les déplacements en minibus tout neuf n'étaient jamais très long et toujours agréables.
La nourriture à bord du yacht changeait à chaque repas. Et à chaque fois les plats étaient délicieux.
En résumé, une vraie croisière de rêve !!!

El barco impecable, la tripulación super amable y atenta siempre, las salidas perfectamente organizadas, la comida de lujo, la cabina impresionante.....especial mención a nuestro guia Ahmed, excelente, amable, interesante y muy cordial. Muchas gracias a toda la tripulación del Oberoi Zahra por hacer que nuestra estancia haya sido fanulosa¡
