I don’t recommend to deal with this bank unless you are a VIP customer, the bank doesn’t choose the security carefully they are so rude

My recent experience with this branch was nothing short of a nightmare. If I could give it zero stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this branch is an example incompetence and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The customer service was horrible.
The staff appeared to be disinterested and downright rude. I needed help with a couple of financial matters, but it seemed like they couldn't be bothered to provide any information. I dont know how they can operate with a complete lack of customer-centricity.

Their lack of support for their customers is actually astonishing.

Needless to say, I will never be setting foot in this branch again. It's a shame that businesses like this continue to operate, treating customers with such disrespect and negligence. Save yourself the frustration and headache – avoid this branch at all costs.

Not even one star. Completely as known Government set up. Bad manager and behavior of every one. I went with my elderly father to open dollar account. They have no respect or priority for seniors or special needs. No respect of the token numbers given to waiting clients.

No respect for customers&when I complained, I discovered that their manager is more corrupted& unprofessional.
The worst front office management.

Complete lack of structure and organization. Horrid employees and management to the core. Completely frustrating waste of time, do not go here.

للأسف لو في تقييم أسوأ من كده كنت حطيته... وللأسف انا عارف ان الناس دي مش فرق تقييم و لا غيره.. عشان لو مان بتفرق معاهم كانو علي الاقل راعوا كبار السن و احترام الدور

عدد موظفين خدمة العملاء قليل جداً وبطيئين جداً
الانتظار يصل الى اكثر من ساعتين ،، ادارة سيئة
