Porsche Centre Abu Rawash

Very nice staff, professional in dealing however the time for getting the service done is too long , what u need to do either to go to Dandy Mall or Walk of Cairo to consume the waiting 5 hours.

This is an update of the 10 May 2022 review in which I rated the experience with Porsche dealership located in Abu Rawash, Egypt with 2 stars.

Today, 10 Jun 2022, a month later I have to recognize that their quality of service went from 2 to 5 stars.

A few days ago I was forced to drive on a road that was being re-paved. It was in the bitumen (oil with small pebbles) phase before the asphalt. Therefore my car had bitumen underneath and outside of the 4 fenders. I unsuccessfully tried to find a place to remove it. I was very concerned and worried because bitumen damages the paint.

I decided to contact Ms. Noura Emad, Porsche Service Advisor/representative at Abu Rawash. My previous experience with Ms. Noura has been excellent. She is a very reliable person and provides outstanding customer care. She told me that their shop doesn't do the bitumen removal. However, she was going to try to find a place that I could take the car. Meanwhile she asked me to send her pictures of the bitumen condition on the fenders/paint.

Ms. Noura showed the pictures to the workshop team and they concluded that they could do the job even though bitumen removal is not under their specialties. It took them a whole day and they were able to successfully remove the bitumen especially off the car's paint.

I really appreciate and would like to recognize the outstanding performance of the workshop team and cleaning section members - Mr. Ahmed badr, Mr. Mohammed badr, Mr. Romany, Mr. Alaa, Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Mohammed shabaan, Mr. Ahmed elfar, and Mr. Saeed. And of course, I want to thank Mr. Mina Serwans, workshop manager for having such a great team. Mr. Mina, your team is a reflection of your outstanding leadership. Thank you and kudos to all.

And last but not least, in my opinion Ms. Noura have a bright future with Porsche. And this is how I know - she knew I was worried and concerned with the bitumen and she knew of my previous dissatisfaction with the service provide on 10 May 2022. Then what she does? She capitalized of the situation and took this opportunity to sustain the Porsche's customer satisfaction culture of excellence by not only providing a service not included in their scope of work, but going beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Impeccable!
