Royal Jewel Al-Raml Hotel

Great value for money! We stayed one night and the location was perfect for us as it’s close to the Library and the city center. The room was spacious and quiet (we were facing the side alley). There is a power shortage from 9-11 pm but only in the rooms and not in the common areas so that was not a problem for us as we were out having dinner anyway. The staff was very helpful. Especially Reem made sure we have a great stay.

Excellent location, our room had a seaside view. Breakfast was great, the room was spacious and had all amenities, but the best part is the gracious, professional, and friendly staff who helped deal with our unruly Uber driver demanding more money. It was greatly appreciated in an awkward situation and they protected us, particularly Kareem, who is a standup person and professional. Highly recommend the Royal Jewel

Everything perfect except staff are not controlled by any superior , me & a freind stayed at the cafe outside , the stff are hanging around talking to each others and after 20 minutes i asked some of them to pring a drink but after again 15 more minutes no drink ... i went to talk to the casheir and he said i will send some one but after more 10 minutes still the same ... we left the cafe to my daughter wedding at the majestic hall . It was good but the owner is redeculas person byt the staff of the service at the majestic hall was perfect & helpfull. This place is perfect and need a good management to control the staff performance .

Our perfect destination in Alexandria .. Rooms are clean and big, staff are so friendly, location is perfect and prices are reasonable.
The only one thing I didn’t liked about this place is the food variety in the breakfast but anyways who is visiting Alex and want to eat in hotels 😃

It was such a good memory to be there, great hotel, great people, great rooms and everything is just perfect

My daughter, grandson and myself checked in May 22 for a week. everything were excellent, room services, house keeping, dinning area and lounge. I would like to thank everyone but special thanks to the sweetest lady Ms Reem in guest services. She was amazing solved every issue that we have either room services, WIFI, food for the kid, she acted with kindness and care. Thanks Reem, you are the best! i wanted to explain my gratitude to Mr Kamal, the manager, but unfortunately we did not have a chance to meet him in person.

High quality room, nice service, nice hospitality, friendly crew, very respectful place,
I was happy to know it is a palace related to king Farouk, but it is very very few stuff belongs to him there.
The roof was interesting at night, was a band singing there..
The hotel location is very cooperative to be able to reach any important point in Alex.
The only 2 negative points:
- its expensive
- my room has very tiny sea side view.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, location is awesome, staff is professional and cooperative, rooms are really spacious and clean. Highly recommend for sure.

Good clean hotel in central location in Alexandria. The staff is professional and very friendly. Had a great stay there and will likely stay again.
The only downside in need of improvement was the internet connection, but from my experience that's a problem common to all Alexandria.

Very clean hotel and nice staff, room is so big with modern furniture, breakfast is good but needs more varieties.
