This so called giant paper boats are not made by paper, but concrete material to support the boat shape. Anyway, it's still a beautiful artwork in the city.

A bit of googling listed this as one of Tallinn’s top attractions. After visiting we thought this was a cheeky but highly humorous joke by the locals. We walked 20 min in minus five with a 1 year old in the direction away from the old town etc to have a look

Honestly we’re unsure if we’d found them but we had. They are basically a small roadside sculpture that wouldn’t be out of place on a roundabout.
