Today 29/12/23 at around 16:30 we visited your establishment and ordered a Chai Latte, expecting to receive a blend of Chai and Milk, as indicated by the item's name on the menu. To my surprise, I was served a chai coffee latte, despite the absence of any mention of coffee in the menu description.

When I politely mentioned this discrepancy to the serving staff, the response I received was, "This is how we make it," despite observing the preparation of an espresso, even after clearly specifying that I had ordered a chai beverage.

Subsequently, I requested a replacement for the incorrectly served drink and also inquired about a refund for the difference in price between the items. Regrettably, neither a replacement nor a refund was offered to address the error.

This experience has left me disappointed, primarily due to the lack of clarity in the menu description and the discrepancy between the ordered item and what was served.
