Ruby Cafe

Such a cute little kosher cafe, serving great breakfast. The cafe has a cave type of feel to it in a modern and very stylish way. Overall, the staff were great and also could understand English very well. One to visit for sure! ☺

Delicious and healthy breakfast with option for salty and sweet choices. Friendly service.
Can get a bit busy on the weekends and waiting time about half hour.
Serving food for eat-in on reusable tableware would be great.

Really tasty bagels (especially the ones with hummus) and freshly squeezed orange juice for a good start into the day. The open kitchen is really allowing for transparency in how they make everything fresh for every order.
The coffee is average, with a less complex flavour palette.

Only had delivery but really like their bagels and oatmeal! Coffee is nice, too. The rest of their brunch menu looks fantastic as well. Already ordered twice from here and won't be the last time.

Woww best Bagel I ever had!!! It was so tasty, very glad came here, got also the banana pancakes it tastes amazing with chocolate sauce!! Good quantity of freshly squeezed orange juice!! And when I thought couldn’t get better the cappuccino with coconut milk was so freaking good !!! Coming back every week 😅

Superb Bagels. They offer a really good range, but my favourite is the Beyond Bagel. It's one of the few places in Tallinn you can get something with Beyond Meat.

Staff are friendly. Will definitely come back here again next time I am in Tallinn.

An important announcement!

Staring from tomorrow, Monday June 13, Ruby Cafe will not be Kosher. When the cafe opened in 2017 friends and neighbours from nearby communities did not believe that it would survive and remain kosher. Despite everything we enjoyed 5 delicious years, lots of amazing experiences and community events, and many guests who enjoyed this nice place.

But "every cake can be finished," and from tomorrow Ruby will no longer be kosher, neither Mehadrin nor basic kosher.

We are sure that in the near future another solution will be found and with the experience from the previous years a good and delicious place will be opened for the public for kosher needs. Meanwhile the Synagogue kitchen will try to prepare kosher meals on prior reservation.

Very large selection foods in breakfast menu, included smoothie bowls, bakels and shaksuka etc.

The staff is super friendly. I enjoyed my breakfast pitstop and felt welcome.
