Bio Mindo

The best restaurant I have eaten in in Mindo so far. Their have many choices in their menu including vegetarian dishes. Their chef Jesus is very personable and their environment is wonderful. It’s a must eat there when you are in Mindo

Vegetarians will lose their mind here! So many yummy dishes and creative "quinoa" combinations to choose from. I recommend the vegetarian ceviche and vegetarian soup. We met the chef as well and he's a delight!

Really good reasonably priced food. Veggie burger for $3 is simple but delicious, one of the best I’ve had in South America. Add fries for another $1 and it’s a tasty filling meal

Delicious food at a very reasonable price! Their vegetable soup is very filling and comes with a piece of avocado toast. The veggie burger is huge and for an additional $1 you can add an order of yucca fries. We loved the food so much we ate here twice during our stay in Mindo!

A chilled place to grab some tasty food and drink, it's affordable and healthy and situated on a nice side street. One of my favourite places to eat in Mindo

Delicious veggie quinoa burger with yuca fritas! Also enjoyed the quinoa crêpe for dessert. Not expensive at all and very good quality food with many, original options for vegetarians! Complements to the friendly staff. Definitely going back to Bio Mindo 👌🏼

Amazing cute restaurant with the best burger I have had in all of Ecuador. The mother and son who run the place are so welcoming. Do not be fooled by the great prices, the food is AMAZING!

I love Bio Mindo. I have a severely restricted diet due to very tedious allergies. What I loved is that I was able to have super delicious healthy food all made from scratch here. The service is excellent. We kept going back and back and back. I could even have dessert which was a real joy the quinoa pancake was amazing and if you can have the ice cream do it!

Very cheap compared to the high quality food! One of the top 3 restaurant food we had in 3 weeks 👌 It takes time so don't go last minute, but you're definitely going to enjoy the food!

Best food in the town of Mindo. Clean, nicely cooked and the prices are excellent. I ate here 2 days in a row already. Avoid overpriced western food and head to bio mindo!!

The burger was okay, but the real winner is the vegetarian food. We had the quinoa stir fry and it was delicious. It's not necessarily authentic Ecuadorian food but it's worth getting.
