The tasting menu was amazing, I won't go into every dish as they were all great. Our server was amazing, really friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the food. The only slightly disappointing dish was the desert, It felt a bit lazy compared to all the other dishes, my least favourite part of it was the hazelnuts, they were weirdly squidgy and got caught in my teeth. I'm being a bit overly critical just because our bill was over 3000kr and for the price you do expect a bit more.

Looking for a cozy restaurant serving trendy food influenced by regional Danish cuisine? This is the perfect place for you. Food is cooked to perfection and served by waiters that can take a joke and joke back, in other words, a laid-back eatery with excellent food, by far the best we have had for some time. It's clear langoustines are not living in the waters around Bornholm and most of the cheeses offered on the cheese plate come from other regions of Denmark. There is a very good choice of affordable and more exclusive wines. Overall, not cheap but well worth it. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Koefoed. The attention to providing local food was clear from the very beginning, and we enjoyed several authentic Danish dishes. If you're shy of smoked and raw fish like we are, don't fret - the server happily requested our fish to be cooked, and none of the flavors were overpowering. Each course on the tasting menu (though not always things we would have chosen ourselves), was exquisite. We also enjoyed the wine paring and local aquavit with dessert. Our server Victor was extremely knowledgeable. This is an unpretentious Michelin-recommended dining experience you don't want to miss if you find yourself in Copenhagen.

Gourmet food experience with minor potential on staff's attitude.

The food we had was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. My favorites were the "Sol over Gudhjem" and the "Steamed cod, asparagus velouté, cockles & roe".
We had the non-alcoholic beverage pairing. This was slightly disappointing as the juices/sodas weren't a creative as I would have expected.
The staff was friendly and efficient. However I would have loved to get some more "attention" in terms of taking some time to explain the courses. This would have provided a warmer atmosphere and can be expected in the price range they are asking.

I was lucky to enjoy two dinners here in the past few weeks. If you enjoy Danish cuisine then recommend trying this restaurant as the food is delicious. Very good wine pairing too! The service was excellent and the team knowledgeable about the food.

went on a Saturday night and ordered the tasting menu. food was absolutely sublime, every single course was a winner, worth going even just for their freshly baked bread and homemade butter. only complaint would be that it took us 3 full hours. the wait between one dish and the next was at least half hour. I appreciate a relaxed pace, but this was extreme. still 5* for the food

Refreshing, imaginative and still delicious. It was a great introduction to new Nordic cuisine and the “Smørrebrøds” were fresh, flavourful and beautifully plated. Service was excellent too as they explained each dish and patiently answered all our queries. We felt very welcomed and even gave us suggestions for other restaurants we could visit after. It was such a pleasant experience!

That was an amazing experience. We had the fish menu with wine pairing and the taster menu with non-alcoholic pairing. The dishes and pairing were well thought out and presented and all worked together as complete meal. The dessert was the best I have ever had!

Service was superb with friendly and knowledgable fine dining servers! I will recommend Koefoed for anyone who loves food and appreciates an explosion of tastes and textures.

Fantastic experience, food was delicious and clearly loads of thought has gone into crafting that menu. We had a tasting menu and boy it was good.
Don't expect this to have bold flavors, instead their cooking seems to be much more 'Scandinavian'- tame and tasteful, somewhat reminding me of Japanese cuisine where beauty is in simplicity of flavors. Every dish was beautifully presented and seemed very seasonal- it's spring now so pretty much every dish had green accents.
Service was on another level, some of the most accommodating and knowledgeable waiters I've ever encountered. They don't have one dedicated waiter for your table, but that makes it even more interesting.
Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to come back!

Awesome! We had the best evening here. Service, food, atmosphere… everything was perfect. It was the perfect place to enjoy a fine dining family dinner, where you can indulge on different tastes and dishes. They served a lot of Danish and local dishes, many of them are inspired from the island Bornholm, which is great and adds to the uniqueness of this place.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

If you ever happen in Copenhagen do not miss this gem. Every flavor perfectly balanced, friendly service and interior design studied for comfort. Their homemade bread and the butter are spectacular and the desserts to die for.

Fantastic food, fantastic service and such a nice location. It really gives you a great and special local experience.

They even made a vegan menu for me, which was simply amazing.

I’ve never experienced a such an amazing and attentive service by the staff in any other restaurant before. Thanks for a great evening!

Wonderful service, terrific food! Had the seafood tasting menu, which following the delicious amuse bouches of mushroom crisps with creamy-cheese/EVOO dipping sauce, salmon tartare/cucumber "sushi wrap", and wild radishes in some kind of crumble (incredible), started with brown crab salad with fresh peas, then 2 large scallops in savory broth with foam, followed by broiled marinated cod with wild scallions, asparagus, and creamy butter sauce. Dessert was rhubarb ice cream with lots of other tasty things (see pics - I had too much wine to recall all the ingredients). Others in my party had the other rasting menu, which substituted seared (and possibly souved) rib-eye medallions for the scallops, and veal with asparagus + for the cod - I tried the rib eye, and it was delicious!.

Well worth a visit if you are in Copenhagen, especially if Noma is booked.

Phenomenal food and even better service. We had the set 4 course meal, every dish was unique, creative and delicious. The servers were very knowledgeable, helpful, extremely friendly, and exhuding joyous positivity and genuine sense of humour. Cannot recommend enough for a lovely experience all around, definitely coming back if I'm ever in the area again.

Very delicious open bread with fresh salmon. They offer also gluten-free bread. Worth the price.
