Restaurant Ekkodalshuset

Fantastic lunch restaurant - and a lot more classy than you’d expect! We had a great herring platter and some salmon - and were very impressed both with the food quality, the presentation and the quick and efficient service.
They were also super sweet to find us a table - even though the place was packed and apparently quite often reserved in advance!

Well worth the stop!

Very nice restaurant with super friendly hosts. The place is dog friendly, also inside the restaurant, keep this in mind. We enjoyed their classic Tartelet with a local beer from Bornholm. Food and ingredients was of very high quality. This place has my highest recommendations

Extremely nice and cozy place. Food was delicious, staff was very friendly and helpful. I really liked local lys lager. Be aware of size of tartaleter! You might find it hard to finish it, but 100% worth it. Also, definitely recommend to make a reservation,especially if you want to sit outside. Thank you very much for a great time!

Great place to check out with parking less than 200 ft away. Toilets and cafe right next to the parking lot.

By far the best chicken tartlet I’ve ever had 😊! The staff are super friendly and a huge bonus is that the venue is dog friendly.

Having seen many places on Bornholm to visit, this is a must-see! Christian and his family and staff are dedicated to making sure everybody has a pleasant and memorable experience. They stand out for their service, quality of food, and ability to make a memory out of a meal. Cozy atmosphere in a beautiful setting, while giving world-class care to their customers, and even intimate concerts with famous musicians. Do not visit Bornholm without visiting Ekkodalhuset. And, if you live on Bornholm and have not tried it, treat yourself to its discovery!

They have the largest Chicken and Asparagus Tartlets ever! Delicious, just dont forget to reserve at least a week in advance. We went off season and still had to go with a table outside. Just to say that its a popular place :) Outside the view is fantastic!

I tried the tartelette with chiken asperge and it was really good ... is it possible to have the receipe ?

Food so good I thought my mother was in the kitchen preparing it. Classic danish food and very large portions.

Impeccable service. Family friendly. Good place for lunch and a beer after a long walk.
