Vejers Strand Camping

Vejers Strand Camping is a great place for both short and longer stays. The location is beautiful, very close to the beach and surrounded by dunes. The staff is super friendly and the facilities were always clean. We were there in the off session, I can imagine the toilets and showers being overrun during high session, as there were, I’d say, maybe 8 toilets per 80-100 camp spots. But looking at other guest, most came equipped with onboard facilities.

The campsite has a small super market with fresh bread rolls in the morning. They are really good and we can only recommend them.

Great variety in available pitches. Bathroom and kitchen services are great. Family bathrooms and showers, kitchen with multiple cooking areas, ovens, and indoor seating for when the weather isn't good.

Amazing place. Didn't even know, that a camping ground can be THIS good. Very friendly and nice Staff. Huge camping ground withe possibilities for Caravans, Tents and other Camping Vans. In the middle of the dunes and a heathland. Unforgettable view on the ocean from Duneside. Incredible beach. Cozy small tourist village with a supermarket nearby , with lots of restaurants and shops. I will definitely come back here very often :)

The campground is huge, but well organized. Love the self checkin/checkout possibility.
Facilities are in great shape and you have enough space for your camper.

Beautiful campsite in the middle and on top of the dunes.
Gorgeous new bathroom and toiletbuildings and communal kitchens where you can cook (even in ovens) and eat if you want.
Nice playground for kids, small shop and grillbar and pizza's. Every tuesday and thursdays live music and bread on stick over fire for kids (free).
Truly recommended if you don't need animation, love the sea and dunes and the occasional fox around your tent. Oh and piece and quiet, you will hear nothing in the evening.
Close to Blåvand, where you can visit bunkers.
Only 'negative' is that you will only see campervans and almost no tents, and the wind can be fierce.

Waking up in a dream ⭐!

These camping ground is located in the middle of the danish dunes and offers a lot of space for every kind of camping fan. The off-road camping sports offer privacy in the middle of a dune and a spectacular view.

We stayed here during the Vanlife & Barbecue Festival and loved the chilled atmosphere. We will come back next year and in between as well.

The close location to the beach of Vejers which allows vehicles to drive on is another plus point next to the comfortable bath rooms, community rooms and barbecue areas.

All in all, this is the place to stay, if you are searching for a special camp ground in these area which is not 0815-like!

Luckily most camping grounds in the Netherlands were fully booked. We decided to head for Denmark and found this wonderful place right behind the dunes with a huge variety of different spots to place your van, camper or tent. You got a 4WD? Perfect, check out the spots with a view! Right from the start a good experience. Friendly welcome at the reception, no problem to swap our spots after we took a look around (watch out for the hidden ones!) We stayed two nights longer than planned. We loved it!

What an incredible camp site. Every site with hookup has electricity, TV and water. The sites vary a lot depending on where in the dunes they are located, with some being up high on the dunes and some well sheltered. Some even require true offroad 4x4s to get to. Simply stunning sitting in the dunes. The facilities are superb, clean and plenty of them. The kids play area is also great. One thing to be aware of is beach sand, but then that is expected as the site is right on the North sea, which you have access to if you feel like driving along the sea shore. Amazing, incredible, this place will be visited by us a lot this summer.

Wonderful nature camping site. For sure it was crowded - but infrastructure and service are prepared for the volume. Don't expect a spot to watch the sea, as you need to pass another 1-2 dunes till you will see the sea.

Fantastic location nestled among the dunes.
Excellent modern facilities and plenty of scenic sites available. Great takeaway shop/cafe and little supermarket and bakery. Walking and biking trails to be experienced. Plus driving on the wide sandy beach behind the camping ground. Highly recommended.

Lovely natural campsite beside the beach. Large campsite and you are free to choose your site. Good facilities and very pleasant owner. Despite large site it was very quiet at night. We stayed here 2 nights at start of holiday through Denmark to Norway and returned for 3 nights at the end.

Family Campers' paradise. Five minutes to the beach behind the dunes, big and modern playgrounds, common rooms with baking ovens, large showers... and a dog shower :)

Very relaxed atmosphere. We really enjoyed staying at the dune side of the camping, where it was really quiet. Walking distance to the beach. Clean facilities.
