So I had a bit of a disaster in the first morning, I was already rushing and I went into the bathroom and checked "everywhere" and I couldn't find the towel to use for the shower. So I got a shower and needed to use the robes instead. I was pretty annoyed to find out that the towel was behind the door the whole time! I did think it was a bit of a stupid place for it to be however the staff didn't make out to be stupid and just kindly told me where the towel was placed obviously after that point I knew where it was. I would prefer the towel line not be hidden as I've never seen anything like it at the many hotels I've stayed in. Other than that unfortunate situation, the lodge had a very warm atmosphere, lovely smiley staff. I would say the food in the restaurant is a bit expensive but it is really nice. They have a shop for gifts and beauty products etc. The room was cleaned immaculately and the room I had I think it was some kind of grander suite boasts of large sliding french doors and a wooden balcony looking over the beautiful river and surroundings. The room had a big bedroom lots of wardrobes and its own iron and ironing board and I had a living room with a large TV (which I didn't use unfortunately) and a couch and chairs. I wouldn't say the couch was comfortable but it was useful I guess.
All in all I would say this is a brilliant lodge/hotel and would recommend. Kudos to the staff!

One night stay for us. Large suite which was very comfortable and quiet. Rooms might be a little.sparse and basic but they are comfortable and large. Very airy with good light.

Breakfast was excellent with a range of quality foods to suit all.

Amazing view from the room, I didn't want to sleep; watching the sunrise is something everyone should do once a year. Check in quick and friendly, along with the rest of the staff. Restaurant is a good experience, great taste, and awesome wines to match. Was there on business, but I will be returning with my partner soon.

We took a late flight into Copenhagen airport and planned on going to Legoland the next day so we thought this place would be a good place to stay to break up the journey and what a treat. Gorgeous views, a love view and the breakfast was great. Would highly recommend this place. The only downside was that we didn't have longer here

my wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel in Sept. 2019. We were deeply impressed by the cozyness of the hotel, the beautiful views from our room (view of both bridges).
The hotel has many sitting areas to relax at, enjoying a drink or a bite.
The room was of a good size, spotlessly clean, with ample closet space and a very roomy bathroom(shower).
The restaurant served delightful meals.
More than anything else, we were impressed by the friendly staff, who did all they could to always make our stay a wonderful experience. Waiters had a friendly, natural smile on their faces, just as the entire staff did.
P.S. we were able to sharge our electric car at the hotel-charging station, at no cost!

Located in a very nice place just on the shore of sea. You can even spot dolphins and jellyfish in the water. Very nice place to stay in Middlefart.

Beautiful hotel, clean, cosy, directly at the water. Friendly staff, good food.
Mostly danish guests.
Unfortunately the room was directly above the garbage cans. It was very noisy when the garbage was being disposed of.

Great place to lunch out with a view to Lillebælt and Lillebæltsbroen. A bit pricey but reasonable. Food was good looking and delicious, and the service was professional.

Nice hotel with exceptional view of the water. The service is excellent, and the food served was really good. We had an excellent stay for the weekend.

New management has created the perfect conference setting. Location, facilities, service and a surprising gourmet kitchen makes this a new favorite for high-end meetings and conferences.

We were here to spend Easter days, and was really nice. The staff is amazing, specially the reception and bar restaurant 😉🙂... We hope come back in summer...

Beautiful location, beautiful wooden building, fine dining. I recommend a walk in the beautiful surroundings.

Lovly location in the woods very close to the seefront. Beatyful hotel, very clean. Very god service. Nice breakfast.
