Amazing friendly service. Just stopped in for some refills and we were treated to a coffee and able to try some new flavours while our IQOS' were thoroughly cleaned by the loveliest young man who chatted society and politics with us in perfect English. An absolute pleasure. Would highly recommend, top service!

Probably the best service in a store you will ever get. Very friendly and willing to be helpful, the will do a demonstration and let you try, give you something to drink and answer any question you have. Would recommend if you are interested in IQOS

Schon beim Betreten wurde ich herzlich von einer freundlichen Dame empfangen.
Wir nahmen Platz, und ich erzählte ihr von meinem Vorhaben.
Sie brachte mir mein gewünschtes Gerät zum Testen, dazu verschiedene Tabaksorten und reichte mir sogar eine Tasse Kaffee.

Während wir durch die Ausstellung schlenderten, zeigte sie mir verschiedene Iqos-Optionen.
Nachdem ich mich für ein Gerät entschieden und es bezahlt hatte, durfte ich noch in der Boutique bleiben und mir ein weiteres Kostenloses Getränk bestellen.

Die Sitzmöglichkeiten boten ein Ladekabel für mein Gerät, und ich konnte weiterhin verschiedene Tabaksorten ausprobieren.

Der Laden sowie die Toiletten waren außerdem ausgesprochen sauber.

Zusammengefasst war mein Besuch äußerst angenehm, und ich habe mich als Kundin wirklich wohlgefühlt.

Ich kann die IQOS Boutique in Düsseldorf wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.
