Friendly and effecient. Excellent service. My old fashioned household German breaks down in the face of technical & contract language so I was grateful for the staffs' good English. They got me exactly what I needed at the best price and made sure it was working before I left the shop. What else could I ask for?

Great shop. I chose to shop around off the American bases and ended up here. They have been extremely helpful with everything from the initial sale to helping me write the letter when I cancelled at the end of my contract (I moved or I would stay with the service).
