Jon and Vicky were genuinely so helpful and informative throughout the entire process! My husband and I wrote them in December while still in Korea to find cars for us, and Jon quickly found us 2 cars with the exact specs we asked for at great prices! He helped us reserve them before arrival (with a fully refundable deposit!), allowed us to test drive them upon arrival, and made the car buying process as smooth as possible. They feel like family after you leave with the amount of helpful tips they give about the local area and traveling around Europe. Would definitely recommend them to anyone moving to the area!

Awesome dealership! Jon and Vicky helped me get the vehicle I've been wanting since 16 years old, and at a great price with trade in. They spoke Spanish and English which was very helpful to us and they were very honest and open about what was in the terms and vehicle. The process was easy and fluid and you can tell the staff at Used Car Guys really push their hardest for the customer. I wish we had gone here for our first vehicle because some of the dealerships in the area take advantage of those inbound, however I am glad that I chose UCG for our new vehicle.
