Hacienda Mexican Restaurant

We are regular Hacienda customers since 1988. I recommend making a reservation at night. Lunchtime you are normally served quickly and for a good price. There are many similar restaurants in the area however this is our favorite. They have the best chips and salsa. You can order a spicy salsa if you like it. My favorites are the lunch combos and fajitas. The atmosphere is best in the front section by the bar area. Staff is friendly and responsive.
Being a long time customer there have been times the fajita beef was tough or dry but they had no issues with me sending it back and ordering something different.

Great service and good food. We ordered the queso with chips to start the our entrees were the chicken quesadillas, the chicken chimichanga, and the grande burrito. The chicken had a great marinaded flavor and the avocado wedges were delicious. We ordered the sangria, maracuja tea, and bottled still water.

We go for the lunch specials. Pictured is the 3 item (taco, burrito and enchilada). Service is quick, food is good. Make sure to raise the flag when you are ready to order.

My wife and I sincerely enjoyed this family friendly atmosphere and delicious Mexican food with a German twist. We lived in Texas and know real Mexican food but this place we would definitely return too! Customer service was great, as long as you remember to lift the flag at your table to get a waiter or waitresses, outstanding flavor!

Best mexican I've ever eaten the selfmade salsa was incredible i don't liked salsa before the ccc ccq burrito was really good the corn on the cob and the onion rings we're the best I've ever had the fried ice too nice Mexican feeling too nice music go there and try and btw you can pay in € and $ with credit card too

Really enjoy dining here. Atmosphere is great. Not to loud but usually very lively. Food is always great and fast. Make sure to lift the flag they provide on the table when you want service. We didn't know the first time we went and sat waiting until the waiter realized we were new and explained the system to us. They are super quick to your table after you raise the flag. Drinks are great too.

First of all - you have to try amazing jalapeño margaritas. But it is authentic.. and so it's spicy!
I love the selection of finger foods - fried onion rings, calamari, sweet fries, salads... you can find here anything, even if you're a Vegetarian! it's not just a Mexican cuisine! Also the staff were super friendly and helpful. Make sure to make a reservation!

Neat service system where they have a cloth flag on the table that you raise every time you need something. Service came quick I got the fried chimichanga and it was absolutely delicious.

Large portions, still served us even though it was close to close (thank you thank you 😃) my friend and I were very hungry so their signature la hacienda dish definitely was delightful!

It has been 18 years since I have been here when I was stationed Kleber Kaserne, the food is just as delicious as I remembered. I missed the tv room. I thought I would see Bill, the owner but he retired from what the hostess says. My son and I would sit in the tv room and watch movies. My favorite was the chicken wings. Nice that the establishment is still here.

One of my favorite restaurants around. The Mexican food they offer is spot on, and the chips and salsa they bring to the table is great. However, my favorite thing about this place is the wings. Hands down, the best I've ever had. They only offer three sauces, but they are cooked to perfection every time.

The following review is based on a 0/10 scale 0= the worst 10= the best.
Atmosphere: 8. An authentic cozy environment; although can seem quite crowded at times.
Service: 7. The staff was friendly enough, but had to ask several times for refills ECT.
Presentation: 9. There are several attractive items on the menu to choose from. You just have to pick the right ones.
Taste: 10. The food was delicious. Not quite authentic Mexican but it can certainly hold it's own.
Cost: 9. Very reasonable. And filling.
Definitely will try again.

You need car to arrive here, maybe need to reserve because could be full and portions are big. Not good for Date

I go there for many years and it's always excellent. Best Mexican place in Germany. I moved to Frankfurt several years ago but if I wanna have Mexican food I drive to Kaiserslautern. It's the best!

Food was good. Extreme busy, and took a while for food to get order for a party of 8.

Tasty food, good service. The prices are very good. They have a massive menu with daily specials. I try to go there when I am down in that area. You can also get proper iced tea there and not that canned Nestea garbage. They do also serve homemaid lemonade which is delicious.
