Habe am Abend den falschen Artikel bestellt und eine Mail geschickt; eine Rückmeldung von deren Kundenservice kam schon am folgenden Morgen um 10, dass meine Bestellung erfolgreich storniert worden ist. Kann keine Aussage zu den Produkten oder Lieferzeiten machen, aber Kundenservice war schnell und freundlich.

pessima lampada ..... e ancora piu pessimi i venditori " CODALUX " questa lampada ha funzionato solo 195 ore e si è bruciata da sola ,
assolutamente sconsigliati!! anzi sconsigliatissimi , sono scarsi e non danno nemmeno 300 ore di garanzia sulle lampade !! che è il minimo garantito da ogni produttore serio !!!
ho chiesto la sostituzione ma hanno detto che ho superato i 6 mesi di garanzia, infatti si è rotta subito dopo !! solo 195 ore di utilizzo !!!
