The good location. The price is actually average, not cheap nor expensive. Helpful stuff, they can always help you and consult you when you don’t get something. I wanted to buy a washing machine. The stuff helped me a lot and explained me which one should I take for me, and which one suits me more. There is also delivery service. You just need to point out what you need and the service will do the rest

Mediamarkt Germany is definitely another level compare to the Spanish one. While both have the same name their services and behavior are quite different.
The German staff is professional, supportive, and bilingual. Even multilingual (i.e. German, English, and Spanish).
They offer you different proposals and services base on your needs.
Definitely a thumbs-up!!!

The employees are friendly and accommodating. You can find most of what you need from any household appliances to gaming stuff and mobiles. Their price range is better compared to other places.

A very good branch of this electrical chain. I like this store a lot. One big bonus is the free parking. If you do a bit of research you can make some good deals here compared with other retailers, including online only stores. I like the click and collect option, though some deals are online with delivery only which irritates me. I like a brick store especially when buying a TV, because you cannot judge a screen through your screen at home.

Very nice shop, great choice of rare devices you usually don't find at other shops. I found a fridge in the web and wanted to see it in "real life" before buying it. Other shops didn't expose it in their rooms, but MediaMarkt did. So I could see the product not only at the pictures and it was big help for my decision. The delivery after buying it was also great, they kept their promise and were on time. Would buy at MediaMarkt again.

I have started loving the shopping experience here a lot more than other options like saturn or notebook. They have started proving some really good deals on the products they are selling. They are also providing quite competitive prices. The whole shopping experience is quite nice. They are centrally located in a shopping mall, which makes it even more convenient for customers to reach them and have more fun. It is a heaven for technology enthusiastic people. You walk in this mechanical museum and go bonkers, feels like buying everything here. They have very friendly staff people to help you in case you are lost. They also amazing restaurants around in case one gets tired after overwhelming experience in the shop. Great parking options in the mall are also their. 2 mins walk from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn Station. They also have a online shopping service in case you want see the specs before coming in the physical shop. Online delivery is also possible.

This is our go to place for all our shopping needs. Shopping for gifts or electronics, books, eyeglasses, fashions, groceries or simply to meet your friends for lunch at the stylish food court. Oh...and free Wi-Fi so you can all just stare at your phones instead of talking to each other !

This store saved my day when I travelled to Germany from India without carrying an universal electrical adapter! Very helpful staffs - they helped me in finding one.

There is a sri lankan guy who helped us a lot. Every shop should have this type of kind hearted salesman. He explained everything perfectly.
