Ok, they solved the problem.

I'm not sure why many people have placed negative reviews, but I found this place very friendly and helpful. They took time and explained everything related to contracts. Since I'm new to Germany, I can't get a contract yet, but wanted get one under my friend's name and later transfer it to my name. They explained the process very well and this is the only shop who accepted the process. All the other vendors (including Vodafone shops themselves) said they can't. And they were good enough to give the suplimentary offers along with the contract. The process only took less than 20 mins and they were very flexible regarding their own criteria for the requirements.

Was here several times to inquire about their products and services. Saida and Pulat are both extremely helpful. Saida’s customer service skill is excellent! She is highly recommended.

Excellent service and conveniently located near sbahn and ubahn lines. The staff are very helpful and friendly which was unexpected.

Ich hatte Probleme mit einem anderen Anbieter. Der Mitarbeiter hat meine alte Rufnummer von der Telekom portiert und jetzt habe ich auch zu Hause Empfang. Und mein Handy hat der freundliche Mitarbeiter auch eingerichtet. Super Service.

Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit . Wichtig der Shop ist im Obergeschoss neben Mediamarkt. Ich habe mein Kabel TV aktualisiert und ein neues Smartphone dazu gekauft.

Das Thema war komplex, aber die Beratung kompetent und freundlich. Die Mitarbeiterin des dortigen Teams war mir mit viel Geduld dabei behilflich meine bisherigen Mobilkosten zu halbieren und gleichzeitig ein Upgrade der Leistungen zu bewerkstelligen.

Die Beratung war toll. Herr Pulat (Filialleiter) hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und uns hervorragend beraten. Wir hatten ziemlich komplizierte Konstrukte in unseren Verträgen und er konnte diese sehr gut bearbeiten und „gerade ziehen“. Vielen Dank:-)

Ich war gerade im Vodafone Shop wegen meinen Vertag und muss sagen, ich hatte noch nie so einen netten, kompetenten und hilfsbereiten Berater wie Erwin Dedic. Er hat sich Zeit genommen mir alles zu erklären und mir zu helfen. Vodafone braucht mehr solche Mitarbeiter.

Ich war so sehr glücklich, dass ich 3 neue Family Karten dazu bestellt habe. Ich kann diesen Shop in Düsseldorf Bilker Arcaden im Obergeschoss mit guten gewissen weiter empfehlen.
