One of the most beautiful castles ever visited. You have to hike for 15minutes to reach there. They also have a van running every 30minutes (2 Euros each way). They have a guided tour which takes you through all the rooms and the story of the families. Has a restaurant inhouse as well.Take some wine along, enjoy the views and get the van on your way back !

We parked on one of the spots closest to the castle. For this you have to show up early though as it fills up quickly.

From there we took the easy walking trail, however, you can also take the shuttle bus to take you down to the castle. This costs 2€.

The parking itself costs 4€.

Very big parking lots, early birds gets best spot entry fees is 4 euro. Wanderweg starts from parking.

Must watch place and the guided tour was very good. The 15 mins walk through the forest like area was good

Spacious open parking area. Parking for cars and caravan. You can park here and visit the castle by walk through the trekking trail or use the shuttle service.

Plenty of parking available but be aware that it will be difficult to find a parking on public holidays or weekends. 4 euro parking charge for the whole day. Shuttle service is also available to & from the Burg Eltz Castle for 2 euro per person.

Paid parking, Lots of free spaces. I recommend taking the bus from the parking lot to the castle. A lot of walking

What a beautiful hidden gem. Well worth the hike. Wear good shoes and take your camera.

Arrive early because the line to get tickets and go through the castle on the tour becomes a long wait. The tour guide is very informative about the castle and you are able to ask questions.

You can park there. Free with a bicycle, when you arrive via bus. Otherwise it costs money
