Frittenwerk Bilk

Returned here after picking up some take-out poutine after Gamescom. Incredibly good poutine, service and atmosphere. The lady working also spoke great English which made it easy to order.

Curry wurst is very good I came after a while to Germany and I always come here to frittenwerk for curry wurst and other foods like the shawarma meal. They also have very good vegan options and the fries and curry wurst is the best.

This place is a bit hidden and that's probably why not many people come here. There were a lot more people in the mall than here. But the food is really good.

Very good branch of Frittenwerk, the attended was kind and could speak English and was very very patient to me trying to speak German. Food came fast but the place wasn’t very crowded. They have a good external area where you can bring your pet but unfortunately only one high table (counter table) that was already occupied - in my case I cannot sit to eat due a disability, so I always look for places with this counter table. Prices are adequate to the portion of food and it was very tasty.

Nice atmosphere! Great food! Great service! We always go once a month as a family thing and so far its hasn't been bad. Sometimes though it does get full and there might not be a place to sit but you could always get your food to go!

Food is exceptional, there is an option to eat outside. The staff are especially nice and professional, and also have the ability to speak English. I certainly would recommend this place to friends.

So good! The entrante doesn't look very promising but the inside is beautiful and the food is even better. The poutine is an upscale more gourmet version of what you'd get on the streets of Quebec, and the pulled pork is very good too!

If you like Fritten I would recommend this!
The lady there was very nice and the food was great.
I had the Fritten with the tomatos and the sourcream thing and I think the difference between hot and cold is really something worth trying.

Ordering and eating here is always a pleasant experience. Friendly staff.

Great for a quick bite, food is delicious, service quick, the seating area is decorated really nicely. We had the vegan Pink Persia Poutine and it's a banger!

The chips are thick and stay crispy even when doused in the tasty thick gravy. I had the classic Poutine and my girlfriend had pulled pork topped sweet potato fries. Both were delicious, I will definitely be back here on a regular basis.

Sooooo delicious. Friendly staff, food gets prepared extremely quickly and tastes heavenly. During cold seasons it's not perfect for eating inside as the seating area is quite small and cramped, but enjoying the poutine at home is no loss at all.

Listen, their garlic fries are to die for and I'd always come back for more. They also have "Bolofritten" which is vegan (it's made with vegan Bolognese) and it's definitely my favourite from the menu. They offer a lot of other stuff as well, though. Another great thing is if you want to have mayonnaise with your fries, they also only have the vegan option. The taste isn't any different to the "usual" one, so rest assured people who are unsure about that. Furthermore, their orders have cute names like "superman" or "Pikachu", so when yours is done, they call out those names. Cute, right?

Lovely dishes, many options, friendly staff and a nice outdoor terrace.

I'd have loved to give you a better photo but everything just went so fast I couldn't do it. The best fries I ever had! Don't even think about going anywhere else just try this!

It has become a routine stop, they have great simple food, it's fast, tasty and the staff is very friendly. I also really enjoy my order to be called Dr. Doom, Aragorn or Skywalker, it gives some epicness to a snack
