The Hotel is very nice and clean, rooms are very elegant and well kept. The breakfast is very nice and the garden room is roomy and full of light. The staff will do anything to help and please you.

Situated close to Potsdam's Brandenburg tor, this hotel is located at the centre of a historic town. Park Sansouci is also close by. I would recommend this any time. The staff are quite friendly to all the patrons. It has a comfortable ambience. The services offered are professionally managed and quite pocket-friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, perfect to step out of and walk around the city of Potsdam. The rooms are large and comfortable and the premises are pristine.

This is a great place to stay the night in Potsdam. It's very central, the customer service is friendly and competent and the aesthestics of the building is nice. I recommend staying here! My fiancé and I are planning to stay one night here for a part of our honeymoon.

Perfect hotel in central location in Potsdam. Great combination of historical charm and modern comfort. One of the view hotels that manage to integrate sockets and USB chargers into a solid looking desk in a stylish way ;-)
Service was very attentive - we travelled at COVID times and felt extremely well taken care off. Breakfast was too big for us, so we had to slim it down. And the underground parking was a little scary at first. But great stay overall.

We where on Holliday last year at the hotel and enjoyed it so much we returned to spend our Honeymoon there this year. The Hotel is lovely and comfortable the staff are helpful and friendly. The Hotel is in a good location for Restaurants and Bars in Potsdam, looking forward to return.

Very nice hotel, clean, well organized, good food, outstanding well maintained rooms, great bed and blankets, quiet. Difficult to find something komparable in Germany.

Very upscale. The rooms are cosy and it is a short walk to downtown Potsdam. Lots of restraunts and shopping near by.

Place to be! Check it out! Imperial style!
