Great experience throughout. Full marks. Just one suggestion to be clearer in the ticket purchasing process what size of bags are allowed in and if it's permissible to bring a bottle of water to avoid stress at the security check. Nevertheless, full marks great venue and experience

Great indoor sports hall. Very good connected with public transportation as well as right next to the freeway. Parking garage for 6 EUR pery day or VIP parking for 15 EUR.

Went to SAP Arena for a 50 Cent concert. Well organized, although it was pouring with rain, we didn't wait too long and the security guys and girls were clearing the queues quickly. All the staff helpful, polite and friendly. Kudos to them for dealing with that number of people.

Great experience at SAP ARENA!!! even if you're sitting all the way up you are able to see the poc. Nice food for nice prices as well

What an amazing experience in this area. I have season tickets in the NHL and is nothing like this. Took me one period to get used to the noise. But loved it. Not one dull moment.

Affordable and spacious parking. It has lots and lots of amazing events. Definitely encourage everyone to go and see at least one show. I went to the Holiday on Ice, the ticket was very cheap and it was very worth it! I was greatly surprised about the show, it was so beautiful to see everyone sync but also the solos and the couples were extraordinary. Please go and watch one show if you are around, you will definitely have lots to learn and you will enjoy it for sure.

There was ample parking and I went to my first hockey game!

We saw Manowar here. It was the perfect venue! It was set up well for purchasing drinks, food and merchandise. Seating was well organized. Parking was easy too. It was an all around great experience due, in part, to this venue. We hope a lot more shows are held here!

Beatiful arena with all necessary contents for indoor sporting events.

Went to the Kiss concert. The parking is really convenient. Personnel who work there are friendly and know how to handle large crowds.

I took my grandson to his 1st pro hockey game at SAP Arena to see the Mannheim Adlers. We had front row seat, a little expensive at 48€ a seat, it was well worth every cent. My grandson had a super time and we saw all the action up front. We will definitely be back.

A great hockey barn! Good atmosphere from the home fans. A very different experience from hockey in the US - no annoying games and entertainment during stoppages in play. Just hockey!

Great arena , nice atmosphere

The arena is easy to get to via the excellent city tram or local rail network. Transport is available even after a Friday evening event and crowds disperse quickly and efficiently, ensuring a swift journey home. An absolutely wonderful place to watch hockey. The atmosphere in the safe standing area and supporters bar is electric. The security staff on game nights are friendly and helpful.

Its just an all round brilliant place to visit for a big event.
