Tasty schnitzel and altbier with a nice outdoor seating area. I enjoyed eating while watching people pass by on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

It was a pleasure to eat here, very kind people. Especially Ayim (from macedonia) , he is a great person.

The food and drinks were very good.

Had to queue to get in as it was a very busy Friday. Got a table for 4. Served quite quickly from a very friendly waiter. All ordered different food. From the schnitzel to the steak, the food was faultless. Very tasty. The white wine was also nice. Would definitely recommend.

A cozy restaurant with a very old town feel. All wait staff were friendly, attentive, and interactive. They make you feel welcome and are not afraid to joke with you. The prices we a little high, but we think the level of food matched the prices. Unlike many of the touristy options available, this one feels and tastes authentic. Portions were a little big, but not so much that you could take a whole meal home in a doggie bag. We would recommend all dishes that we ordered. I might even recommend the pan potatoes over the "tater-tots" which not the traditional American shape, but similar nonetheless.

They have a wide choice of food on the menu here. For me is the schnitzel are really the highlight here and also because it can be ordered with different options. This restaurant is highly recommended!

Probably the best lamb chops I've ever had and the pork was lovely amazing staff who treated us so well and they even have English menus well done 👏

Got the pork medallions with fresh mushrooms. Absolutely divine and at a fairly reasonable price. Will definitely come back if I ever get the chance!

Great menu options, we ate the schnitzels (black forest is best), cordon bleu. They have Schlösser Altbier which was great too.

We skipped the starters & went straight for a sharing plate of meats, sauerkraut & potatoes. Very traditional & superb flavours. You can't reserve a table here but definitely worth waiting for one.

Couldn’t give this place anything but a 5. It’s my special schnitzel place yet if you’re keen on meat, you’ll have much more to indulge in than just the schnitzel as this place is heaven for meat lovers. Absolutely great service as well!

The big waiters greet us so friendly, he then offered me the menu in English (this is a very great gesture) we ordered mix grill and the taste is super good. Me and my partner share the food because I can't eat much (I am Asia and I don't have big space in my tummy). Again the super friendly waiters understand and very friendly. The price is good, the service is super and the taste is good

Excellent service and delightful staff assisted us with menu choices. Drinks came quickly, as did the food. We both had steak requested as rare and it was perfect- tender and cooked to perfection. Mushroom sauce a tad salty but that’s just my taste. Good sized meals and side of steamed vegetables was very reasonable. We stayed to chat to another couple and were not rushed out. In fact waiter gave the 4 of us a free liqueur.

Seriously fantastic steak! We had a fantastic meal served by friendly staff.
