A great experience. Nothing to complain. Great room, white clean. Great service at the reception, restaurant and breakfast. Very nice people are working in this hotel. The restaurant is wonderful but the schnitzel is a little bit oily. Thanks for the advice about the Night watch tour...

Stayed here for 1 night during our visit to Rothenburg. Location is super central - right next to the White Tower. Service was phenomenal; staff was polite and kind. The room, while spacious, was kind of run-down and dated (not surprising considering the historic location of this hotel). I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

Good location, no a/c in the room but that’s fine in the current weather, just open the windows.

The hotel is lovely and the crew are simple awesome. The hotel is completely dog friendly, doesnt charge you for the dog and accept dogs even in the restaurant. Waiter simple noticed that I brought my own gluten free bread and offer me not only bread but also cereals gluten fee and even asked if I want lactose free milk. 5 stars because there is no 6 stars to give.

In Rothenburg you expect the hotels to be older but this adds to their charm. The location of the hotel is excellent, such an easy walk to everything in the Old Town. Close to public parking too. Breakfast was fine and the staff were nice. Rooms were comfortable.

We spent a comfortable New Year’s Eve here again. Carolin and staff are perfect host and staff. We had an excellent schnitzel meal and a wonderful breakfast while staying. The rooms are spotless and the beds quite comfortable

This was a lovely hotel in Rothenburg. Quaint, quiet and very clean! It was a pleasant surprise when we went into our room... I felt like I was transferred back in time, but in a good way! It was very peaceful yet right near the plaza area. Wonderful stay!

This is an adorable and friendly restaurant. The location is great! Right in the old Town of Rothenburg next to one of the beautiful towers. The rooms are very quaint and German with beautiful painted furniture. The breakfast was also excellent!

This hotel was a great experience. We stayed here for one night while doing a weekend Rothenburg ob der Tauber with friends. Close to everything, very clean, spacious rooms, amazing staff, and a delicious breakfast. We plan on returning soon to see things we missed and will plan on staying at the Tilman when we do 😊

Excellent Location in the city center, attentive service. We spent there several nights every time we come to Rothenburg for a short visit

Very nice building in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Garage parking available, just leave the car and walk everywhere!

We went here for an evening meal and tbh everything was perfect - from food to wine to service. Highly recommend.
