I have already given a one star review before, however, now I give the second time due to the bad attitude of Mr. Adam Haba. He saw my previous bad review, he did not apologize, did not try to improve the performance, did not try to solve the issue. However, what he did is he call off a deal with me, which is already made as a punishment to me.

He called us on 26. February, because he saw my bad review. (5 month, between October 2018 and February 2019, first time they called us initiatively). I have written emails, but they have never responsed, promised to call back, but never did, but this time they did. I don't think there is any excuse not to response the clients or not commit to the promise (not only once, but for 5 months. how much it costs for our business?). But certainly the supervisor believes there is nothing wrong with that.

If they apologize and try to improve the performance, at least try. I would definitely delete a bad review. But they don't care about their clients, their own company, they just want a comfortable work without doing anything. Some people really get paid to ruin their company.

Ms. Diana Schwarz, she just never answers emails, promised to call back, but never did. Don't see she was doing her work. After many times of trying, we have to give it up eventually.
