Wayo Delicatessen

One of my favorite grocery shops! It is nearly also a restaurant at the same time - they serve fabulous sushi and Japanese dishes in a dine-in corner within the shop! In the grocery store, you can further find plenty of unique Japanese products and drinks. Highly recommended.

It’s a Japanese supermarket. You can get the many kinds of Japanese foods here.
There are space where the people can eat some foods after the customer bought.

All staff are so kind and they also sell many type of Japanese alcohol. If you want to enjoy true Japanese foods , I recommend you.

Amazing range of products, and the staff are very friendly. I ordered the sushi order in advance, and I felt the quality was really good, relative to even other restaurants in Düsseldorf. Value is really good if you are comparing prices. I'd recommend coming to grocery shop, pick up some sushi or hot food, or even just get some snacks

Nice Shop with Japanese and German products.
The prices quite expensive, but it’s worth it, especeally the Japanese Instant Noodles, Sakes and Sushi. The Personal is respectfull and really friendly.

Overall a nice place with good fresh food and happy staff, the Illy coffee is great and dishes tasty but the prices are not high. Only thing I think they should keep constant is food quality, sometimes is great sometimes just ok.

We were looking for yuzu sake and were able to find it here. We usually get it at the restaurant @yuzu in The Hague, the Netherlands, but since here in Düsseldorf is such a big Japanese community we knew we had to be able to find it here and we did. The personnel in the shop was very helpful and kind.

Wayo- is a grocery store for your everyday needs, with a good selection of Asian fresh produce and Asian cooking products as well. Don’t miss the warm Japanese deli service, or the amazing fresh sushi selection. The frozen food section has many Japanese staples, and the fresh fish section is great. The meat section offers popular Japanese cuts of meat for all your cooking needs. I really love having this store close by. Domo Arigato

Great sushi and you can find delicatessen that you usually cannot find no where else.

Sushi that tastes exactly what you get in Japan. Their curry, soba, udon and onigiris are also tasty and very cheap for the quality of the good and service.
I recommend trying out a cup of coffee with karaage. It is same as going to a seven eleven in Japan.

Best sushi in Oberkassel. Our favorite after school snack. Easy to pick up groceries while you are there. Their fish is fresh, and there is almost everything you need to make your favorite asian dishes.

The little supermarket with Japanese and German goods is excellent. The store itself is very clean and well organised. They have a good selection of fresh produce with some goods that you would need for Japanese food like their assortment of mushrooms and so on.
The fresh fish and meat is just great. Especially the raw tuna (they also have otoro) and the octopus are perfect.
The little deli inside has sushi and some comfort food like katsu kare and ramen. The deli is moderately expensive, the quality you get for your money is good.
The supermarket is more on the expensive side with high quality food and stuff.

This a Japanese food market + sushi to eat there or take away. Also general grocery is available. IMHO the sushi quality is quickly dropping while prices are raising. Anyway 5 stars because grocery shop is driven as separate business with separated employees.

Good place to go for Japanese food. They also have a small bistro where you can sit down and enjoy snacks. Expect it to be a bit more expensive than your typical German super market

It is very nice place in Japanese community. You can try all great Sushi and japanese junk Foods for big or small Hungry. You can buy all japanese Foods and Drinks. It seems a japanese shop in Japan. You can enjoy Shopping as well 😀

Sushi to eat there or to take away, shop with asiatic specialties as well as local and international products. Very nice fresh meat and vegetables!

Visited couple of times to try Ramen or Noodles. Very tasty and for a good price.

The best and authentic Japanese food market in Dusseldorf. Variety and quality of goods are excellent and deli kitchen is also good.
