Balcarka cave

A beautiful cave for a good price and there is free car parking. As others have mentioned the tours are in Czech so we did not understand anything but it was worth it just to see the cave. Bring some warm clothes like a sweater since the tour is about one hour and it gets quite cold

Absolutely "a must" visit place. Even though the guide speaks in czech language, you can get a leaflet in English with the story the guide tells you. Amazing experience.

We visited the place, as Punkava cave was fully booked for the day and this seemed as a close second. There was not much visitors here (1st week of August) and we quickly got in.
The cave is really nice, with spectacular views of the formations.
The price is also very affordable.
You get a guide who takes you through the cave. Sadly the guide did not speak english and they also do not have english tours, so we did not understand anything. However, for the price and for the views we got I could not be angry at that.
The parking in front of the cave is free of charge.
Would recommend to visit the place.

Nice cave, a lot less crowded than Punkva caves. The entrance is 100 Czk for students and there's a tour every 20-30 minutes. Bring some warm clothes because it's cold!!!

Beautiful cave! Big and free of charge car parking available in front of the cave. Visit in the cave takes about 45 minutes. Route is relatively easy, even for young kids.

Very nice cave suitable for the family visit. The tour takes around 60 minutes. Price was 18 Euros for 2 adults a 2 children. An amazing place.

Very intresting cave system it's a bit chilly but not freezing underground.
The guide was really nice and there is a mini light show.

Really beautiful caves to visit. You have to book a tour in advance but these caves are not as well known so there's always place. Tours are only in Czech but you get some information in English of you ask. We visited these after the Punkva caves and found Balcarka even more impressive than Punkva. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the region.

A beautiful cave. The tour is about an hour long and covers around 800 meters of cave. The paths are all man made and easy to walk. Don't forget your camera and an extra layer of clothing.

Beautiful cave and well organised tour. Tour was in Czech language only, but if you read the leaflet first you get the gist of it. Pretty guide too 😉

The cave was beautiful and the guide even explained the formations in our mother tongue (german). Also there were many bats.

Beautiful place. Cheap entry, students get discounts and you can really cheaply buy a sticker for your camera which lets you take photos of the cave. 🌟

Was really cool. I had no idea that Czech had so many caves. I love that this was a walking tour and I could take my time as we went through.

Have had heard only about such caves, but never seen. Amaxing experience. The only thing - tour could have been in English.
