It was just amazing! I’ve been to caves in different countries, this one looked simply nice from the beginning but the water part made Punkva one of my favourites. Recommend to dress up warm and buy tickets in advance!

Very beautiful place, worth visiting. You can buy tickets for the tour online or on the site. Ths tour is a vakue for money, worth every cent. In the info point you can get all the information presented on the tour written down in many languages (Polish, English, German, etc). The caves are beautiful and breathtaking. Also, the boat ride is quite fascinating. I recommend visiting the place.

Was really cool to see these caves in person, some interesting stalactite formations, and you get a nice boat ride too. Fascinating that people at some point just randomly found these!

For English speakers there’s a hand-out guide only, I was told the colleague would be speaking in English but she wasn’t saying anything so not sure O.o

If you’re feeling adventurous rent bikes in Brno, get the train to blankso and cycle 25/30 mins to the caves on the nice windy roads.

It was a marvelous experience, just make sure to have a hoodie on your own coz it’s quite chili inside, yet it was one of the best experiences ever. Tour guides speak only in Czech so make sure to have someone with you who speaks Czech to follow what he says. other than that was really outstanding
You can buy tickets on spot but preferably to buy it online, yet if u didn’t manage to get it online there will always an option to get it on spot.

The cave is absolutely fantastic. Many nice
stalactite sculptures all around. I'm afraid the tour guide only spoke Czechs language but English description available at ticket office. (Better to arrive as early as you can!) The boat tour at the end also an adventure!
I also recommend to take a walk from parking place to the cave as it's much better experience than train. Also better choice a walk to the top instead of taking the lanovka!

An amazing experience. The structures down in the cave are natural, formed by the river water over hundreds of years ago. Definitely a must visit place.

There are 2 parking places close by. If you are driving make sure you put those parking places in the navigation system. From the parking places you can go either via cable car or a toy train, depending on which parking place you choose.
Cave guided tour is offered in local language for now, but you get an English translation paper, so easy to read along.

Since it is one of the most famous caves in Czech Republic, we wanted to visit it. So, we came here, paid for the parking and we wanted to buy a ticket to the cave, however they told us, that the tickets are sold out (next time it is better to reserve the tickets online few weeks before – mostly during summer main tourist season), but the cashier told us to try to ask later, because sometimes people cancel their reservation. So, we at least bought tickets for the tourist train and cableway and took a ride with the train from the parking lot to the cave entrance.

There we asked another cashier for the tickets, and to our surprise she told us that there are two tickets left. So, we bought them and that was the story of how we visited the cave.
And God, was it worth. The tour was split between two parts. First one was inside the cave where we walked by foot. The whole second part was in a boat, where we were sailing through the rest of the cave. After the cave, we took a cableway and also visited the Macocha abyss from the above.

Great event for the entire family! After trip guided tour through the naturally formed caves you can continue exploring. The entire area is filled with touristic paths, if you like hiking you will enjoy yourself here 100%.

Absolutely amazing, but make sure you get here early because there is a 2,5 - 3km walk to the caves proper from the parking lot. You can buy tickets for a tourist train that will take you up for a modest fee.

Magnificent cave system and 1h tour featuring a boat ride on an underground river. You can only visit if you take a tour in Czech. They are consistently sold out - book online weeks or even months ahead.

Must visit when in Moravia! Easy reach, parking space for cars. Caves are stunning, English tour or in language other than czech was not available. Brochures are available but not very informational. Worth seeing in case you don't need to listen to the tour guide.

It was a wonderful experience . 810 km have to walk in side the cave and boat ride for 440 km. Dont forget jackets.(cold inside 7C°). Fair ticket prices (it was arround 12 euro) 60 mins travel inside the cave..highly recommended place...must go

Dont forget to reserve tickets . ( for the summer ,book the ticket at least 1 week earlier)

Wonderful cave! It's beautiful inside and the moment when you step outside for the moment to see the ravine from the bottom is absolutely breathtaking!
Tour with the boat is amazing experience as well! I strongly recommend it to anyone - if you're near this place, you have to visit it!
When you reach the Macocha Abyss you can go there via train or ropeway, but you can also go on foot. If you're not afraid of some ups and downs on the road, I recommend going on foot - forest is beautiful as well and it makes a great intro before the cave. You can take ropeway up if you want to avoid climb on the way back.

Amazing place! It's one of the most beautiful and complete cave I've ever seen, and visitors can enjoy it in a longer combined tour both by foot and in a small boat which navegates on the subterranean river Punkva. Make sure to book your tickets in advance as they are always reserved!

Very entertaining guides, maybe the least boring cave visit I have been to. Definitely it is worth the visit.

Highly recommended, the boat tour inside the cave is one of the best I've seen yet. Really spectacular place.

The guide tour is not in English, but still worth it.

Come early in the morning as by noon on Sunday there were no more admissions.

Tour started on time. First a short walk on concrete paved paths (not muddy or wet, you can wear normal shoes) with frequent stops where the guide talked about the different stalactites. Guide only talks czech, but you get a brossure in english that has the same info. Then an awesome boat ride in the cave. Great place.

The first time I went to the caves and I really liked it. You should dress warmer, because in the caves not that warm. We drove out of season, in October, it's a small number of people in this time. we were on the last tour at 14h.English tour was not available, and we did not understand anything what was said, but we seen beautiful rocks.
