Public services at their best (the facility is run by the municipality of Modrá)! A very well-though out and educational place with quality descriptions of exhibits. Apart from the “signature“ under-water tunnel, the little botanical garden impressed me. Also when you pay for the enterence, you can take a swim in the lake in summer months—which I would call the most pleasant swimming experience in the region. Practical info: you can pay with credit/debit cards!

If are visiting Velehrad with kids - it can be an interesting experience to watch after the fish life in aquarium. Very popular place among schoolchildren, so it may get busy during the school year period. Also, liked fish mock ups to touch. Near located the zoo with wildlife like bisons. Great location for photos and open air slow walk.

This place is beautiful even outside of the season.

In archeo-skanzen you can experience that the live does not hurry that much as it seems. And also that in near future of few hundreds of years, all what you ran for appears to be kind of game...

There is a lot of work what to do... There is amazing water tunel with normal czech fish. Great pond for children where they can bath. It was very nice pleasure time

Extraordinary experience seeing fish, some even large as adult human, swim right around you. Also my 2y old daughter just loved it!! :)

Great attraction with a nice tunnel filled with variety of fish from the region. Huge fish along with the plant life and a place to swim is certainly a great one for families with children on a sunday afternoon.

Lovely place. You can educate yourself about the waters of Czech. Also in the summer months do not forget to take a swimsuit!

Wonderfully place mainly in hot summer days - you can swim there in a pond. Fish tunnel is also awesome.
