Medvědárium Beroun

I loved the visit to these chubby cuties. I don't like zoos, but I do support animal shelters and this is one of them. The bears Kuba and Matej look to be very well cared. They have "public feeding" every Saturday at 12, so you can see them gently eating. It is open space, no line to enter or entry fee. But you can support the place with donations in a box they have around. Beautiful work Beroun is doing taking care of these beauties

The area is free of charge and kid-friendly. You will have more fun if you arrive in feeding hour.

We were not lucky to see the bear, but it was worth visiting with the kids anyways. A lovely playground right next to the fence, 5 minute walk to a nice lookout tower, we will definitely come again but this time will make sure to come during their feeding time.

It was so cool to be able to see bears up close! We got there just in time for feeding. This was definitely the highlight of our stay in Beroun.

Great place, it only needs more bears! Hope they will film "Méďové 2" any time soon :)

Good to come with the little ones as there is playground. very good crepe from the shop

They will love it.
Playground for them is there. Really nice view.
But. Those fluffy chubby bears. ^.^ Sadly third one is not with us anymore, but we will remember him forever <3

Really cool idea for a weekend outing. Bears have a quite big space to run around and look well cared for. There is a nice place with coffee, cold drinks and on site palačinky so you can eat sth. and drink waiting for the bears to finish their nap.

There are raised real bears from a famous children Czech TV show. Nearby the bears is a playground.

But they need nee bears...this one is very old...

Only two bears left and the whole place is quite small.

Where you can see bears in the center of town and for free? In Bern and in Beroun.

Really nice place for a walk with the kids, to see the super fluffy beautiful bears, hungry for pancakes :))) and the nearby playground makes it even better

Lovely little park with bears, what else do you need? We got to watch the bears being given treats. Very adorable.

The bears are so awesome and the place is cool, publicly available 👍🏻 kudos to the city of Beroun!

Been with my son. First time at noon time they didn't come out from their cave. Next visit was in the afternon and one of them got out with the help of the lady that works with them. The bear is humangous.😦

Nice place, kids playgroung. The bears are not always visible though, especially during winter / early spring they are sleeping ;)
