Brisas del Mar "Resort", Guanabo, Habana del Este.

Brisas del Mar is a place I would recommend to anyone, and especially any loving couple on their visit to Cuba, or even just for domestic tourism. It is so affordable and yet offers the best of comfort and a gorgeous countryside environment; the bluest sea waters and the beach are just feet away for beach lovers to enjoy and the food is prepared and served in a manner a visitor would feel being at home and having your own room service. Brisas del Mar is an awesome place to stay, and Marlene and her staff give their guests the best welcome ever; my wife and I are already planning for our next visit.

Each of the above reviews speaks volumes, deservedly so , of this wonderfully clean, well maintained and comfortable family faculty. The beautiful and expansive white sand beach is close at hand and most often near deserted. Whether paddling in the surf or challenging the trade winds on a hobie cat or kitesurfing there is something for everyone. Bring your goggles and snorkel !
The town of Guanabo (considered a part of East Havana) is close at hand and offers a variety of goods and services yet is unobtrusive to the tranquil life at Brisas del Mar. Havana itself is 20 km away with easy access by way of a variety of transportation modes.
Yet, the most striking appeal for me is the wonderfully kind and considerate nature of ownership and staff. Marlen and her group of loyal employees go out of their way to ensure your comfort and happiness. From a simple breakfast of Cuban coffee con leche and home made sugar coated churros to a wide variety of home cooked meals, I found little reason to explore the restaurants of Guanabo or Havana. That said there are some remarkably good restaurants within the town of Guanabo where one can enjoy an old fashioned horse drawn carriage ride back to Brisas del Mar.
You won't be disappointed!

There property is very safe with security guard and they cook absolutely amazing food better then most restaurants we ate at.

Nei nostri molti viaggi a Cuba abbiamo fatto una esperienza unica in questa casa.la sig marlen è una persona meravigliosa speciale attenta a tutte le esigenze dei suoi ospiti.la casa meravigliosa vicino al mare(playa del este)offre molte opportunita...la signora cucina benissimo tutti i piatti. le camere e i bagni spaziosi e molto puliti ...spero di tornare molto presto a Cuba x andare da marlen e passare serate indimenticabili giocando a domino e bevendo mojito.. la consiglio vivamente a tutti.vi innamorerete!!

La casa de Marlen es una de las mejores casas de renta que estado , el servicio es mejor que el de un hotel , la sonrisa siempre presente a la hora que sea necesaria , la comida criolla de primera con una gran variedad de platos eestado en su casa como 4 beses e estado en casi todas las avitaciones y espero pronto volver a estar por allá , la playa muy preciosa y muy Serca . Sin dudas un lugar super relajante para disfrutar en pareja y en familia.mis felicitaciones para Marlen

Descansé como nunca y disfruté de la playa todos los días, especialmente por las mañanas cuando estaba especialmente tranquila para bucear, realizar padel surf o navegar hasta la barrera de coral con el Kayak.
Pude desayunar, almorzar y cenar en la casa en donde la carta es muy amplia, económica y con una calidad que nada tiene que envidiar a los Restaurantes de Guanabo o La Habana.
Cuando necesité transporte para ir a La Habana, Viñales o Trinidad (taxi principalmente) me lo buscaban en la casa. También me dejaron una bicicleta para moverme por la zona.

Ottimo soggiorno in struttura ben attrezzata. Marlen e lo staff sono molto gentili. La colazione è buonissima, così come la cena a richiesta. La spiaggia è a 50 metri e il paese dista 1km circa. Se volete raggiungerlo la struttura mette a disposizione delle bici gratuitamente.

Era la tercera vez que nos quedamos en la casa Brisas del Mar. Habíamos reservado la habitación MAR1 con la vista al mar. La habitación es muy amplia y tiene que necesita, una caja fuerte, el aire acondicionado, bebidas y mas. La familia de Marlen está siempre lista para ayudarlo. Puede pedir comida criolla caliente y differente bebidas cuando quire. El desayuno es excelente. El lugar es muy tranquilo sin trafico y la play muy cerca sin mucha gente. Ideal para relajarse.
Limpieza, comodidad y servicio en una agradable residencia familiar.
