The Restaurant is open air, amazing design and the staff is super professional.
Its a experience and a privilege to have eaten Pizza here i will never forget.
I been like 5 times to Italy
I rather eat pizza here then any where in the World

We visited Il Piccolo in January 2008 and I'm happy to see it's still open. We had a wonderful time here. The service was very pleasant and the pizza was fantastic. They have their own vegetable garden, raise their own poultry and grouse and have an authentic Italian wood-fired pizza oven.

Amazing. Authentic Italian handmade with a wood fired pizza oven. Pizzas are delicious and large mostly $6 or $7. Nothing on the menu is over $10. Only a 30 to 40 minute drive (29 km) east of Havana. Super delicious five stars highly recommended. Nice way to see a bit of the rural area outside of Havana as well.

Una passeggiata di 15 minuti dal centro di Guanabo per trovare un posto fantastico, un oasi nel deserto, qui si mangia la miglior pizza e la cucina italiana più fedele, ho mangiato degli gnocchi al ragu fatti in casa che sembravano quelli di mia nonna.

Wir waren sehr froh nach unserer Ankunft in Guanabo dieses Lokal zu entdecken! Wir waren insgesamt dreimal dort abends essen. Super leckere Pizza (Steinofen!) und Pasta, mit Deutschland nicht zu vergleichen. Getraenkeauswahl riesig, Preise super! Service Top.

Absolut leckere Pizzas, Pommes und so wie auch andere tolle Gerichte. Der Preis ist für kubanische Verhältnisse etwas teurer aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Der Service sehr kompetent und freundlich. Tolles Restaurant.

Pizza ,pâte,grill tout est bon...même café désert sont excellent...tout particulièrement le flan.
