Hostal Roy

Roy organised the taxi from Havana to Vinales for us (for a realy good price). At our request he organised horseback riding through the valley, lunch at a ranch, going to a tobacco farm. My friends rented some bycicles with his help and for the rest he organised a taxi to drive us to the main tourist points in the Valley. Anything that we asked for, he took his time and organised for us. He personally drove us to the restaurant on the top of a hill where we could have some great dinner watching the sunset.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms were also very nice and new. The breakfast was prepared by Roys mother and was very tasty.
I would recommend you to stay at this place.

A casa el Roy hi hem estat molt bé. És una casa molt neta amb molt bon Aire Condicionat i una dutxa fantàstica. Roy ens va programar una excursió a cavall, una visita al Cayo Jutías i ens va fer un tour per la vall que ens permeté conèixer la Cueva del Indio i el Mural de la prehistòria.

A més ens va ajudar a fer les reserves de taxis per tot el viatge i va ser capaç d'aconseguir-nos cotxes amb cinturons i tot.

Sense ell el nostre viatge no hauria sigut el mateix.

L'hôtel (casa) de Roy situé à Vinales est juste génial !!! Les chambres et salle de bain sont spacieuses et très propres.
Roy est un hôte extraordinaire, très réactif, il gère tout (taxi, excursions, locations, casa dans d'autres villes...).
Les repas peuvent être pris à la Casa (petit-déjeuner, dîner...)
Vous n'avez plus qu'à réserver 😉

Una delle migliori case particular In cui sono stata .Posizione centrale ,Camere spaziose con tutti i comfort necessari e ottima la pulizia. Impeccabile la colazione dolce/salata . I proprietari cortesi e sempre disponibili anche per organizzare i vari tour in Vinales. Possibilità anche di cenare in casa e assaggiare le pietanze del posto. È stato un soggiorno indimenticabile .

In my case Roy exploited me as much as he could while I was there, money, emotions, objects, my time. He would disrespect my time by schedueling everything around his own agenda, making me wait istead of letting me do my own thing or cancel plans last minute putting me in uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situations. Ive seen him drive drunk at least two times and he got scarly angry when i confronted him about it and will presist on getting his needs met without meeting yours, sometimes even disprecting your bounderies. Simolutaniously I was not provided with internett although he had it on his phone all the time, and i was dependent on his benevelonce to get back to Havana airport. I would not reccomed people to trust a guy that can not admit his wrongdoings or compromise. I am still suffering the consquences of the mistake too stay at this place
