Visted November 2016. Best place to buy cigars. You must visit here before buying from anyone else in Vinales if your serious about buying genuine cigars. I was offered so many others and every one was fake. Buy from a genuine shop and its still way cheaper than outside of Cuba for the genuine product. Great shop. Great guy!

Es una tienda donde la excelencia y el buen trato distinguen. La calidad de los tabacos y los rones que allí encontramos es sublime. Que decir de los trabajadores de la tienda la calidad humana y brindar buen servicio. Es recomendable comprar aquí pues la única tienda de su tipo en Viñales

AVOID! Got home to find my box had already been opened (tag glued back neatly) and three cigars were missing. One has mould growing and a couple more damaged. Boxes cost a lot, don't trust these people.

Without exaggeration, this place is the epitome of the worst customer service one could ever encounter. Walked into the store to buy cigars and waited patiently while the lady behind the counter continued her endless chatter on the phone. After 10 minutes, she put the phone on hold and instead of asking what we needed, rudely snatched a pack of cigars out of my hands and asked me what I wanted. Well I’m pretty sure one walks into a cigar shop to browse/buy cigars and not be abused. Avoid like the bubonic plague!
