Really great fresh food. You can walk through the valley and end up here for a delicious lunch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The produce tasted incredibly fresh and full of flavour.

Here is an unusual sight: a huge petroglyph, designed on Mogote Pita, the steep or rounded rock, one of the many mogotes found in the tropics. This controversial work that evokes a variety of emotions in the viewer, as some characterize it as highly impressive while others find it excessive, perhaps even terrifying, is called the Mural de la Prehistoria (Rock Painting of Prehistory) and reaches a length of 120 m. It is the creation of Leovigildo González Morillo, who was the Director of the Cuban Academy of Sciences in the field of Cartography and was also a student of Me Mexican artist Diego Rivera, husband of painter Frida Kahlo. Based on an idea by Celia Sánchez, Alicia Alonso and Antonio Núñez Jiménez, Morillo designed this magnificent mural in 1961, one of the largest outdoor murals in the world, for the completion of which twenty people had to work for four whole years!

We had a wonderful three days at Mogote Art. The rooms are simple but comfortable, the meals are very good and Luis and his staff go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. We enjoyed a day on horseback - organized by Luis - and in general relaxed and soaked up the Viñales atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our stay at Luis his place, such a great getaway from the cities and traffic. Beautiful house, garden and surrounding areas. Also do take the horse trip up the hills and see the spectacular views of the valley.

Been there 2 years ago now, time flies fast ! Luis was a very kind host, we ate and slept well. The fact that this is out of the city makes it even more beautiful, calm and soothing.

The best place to discover the Vinales! You can have breakfast with the most amazing view. MogoteArt has wonderful hosts who are always willingly to help. This house is a bit further from the city. It costs about 5 CUC with a cab (single-trip) to visit.

Some tips.... try and have dinner with them, the roasted pumpkin is delicious. Also they serve an awesome Mojito.

Stopped here for coffee and breakfast on hike around the mogotes. A great breakfast and such a lovely ambience to the place. Friendly and kind staff. A wonderful place to just hang and relax

It's was lit and cool

Wir waren Mitte Januar für 3 Nächte bei Luis zu Gast. Eine wunderschöne Erfahrung. Die Gegens ist sehr ruhig, tagsüber wir die Naturstrasse von landwirtschaftlichen Gefährten (Pferde- und Ochsenkarren) frequentiert. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber funktional und gepflegt (stylische Dusche). Wir haben gut geschlafen. Der öffentliche (offene) Bereich und Aussenbereich der Unterkunft ist traumhaft idyllisch. Der Gastgeber und das Personal sind herzlich und gastfreundlich. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen, wird im Garten serviert und ist lecker. Wir haben 2 Mal am Abend dort gegessen. Das Nachtessen für 25 USD war umfangreich, frisch und eine Empfehlung, wenn mann es vorzieht nicht mehr weg zu gehen. Danke! In der Nähe gibt es aber auch ein kleines top Restaurant (El Cuajani), eines der besten in der Region, eine grosse Empfehlung.

Le gérant et ses proches sont aux petits soins avec nous pour nous faire à manger et à nous indiquer les endroits à visiter.
D'ailleurs la TV française va venir bientôt pour réaliser une émission de cuisine tellement le cadre et les repas sont appréciables.
Je recommande vivement la casa Mogotearte.

Fabuleux. Dans un cadre magnifique, entouré d'une nature exceptionnelle. Le propriétaire a eu vent que c'était mon anniversaire et avec beaucoup d'attentions, j'ai eu droit à mon gâteau et à ma bougie. J'ai été très touchée par cette attention.

Les chambres sont originales très en adéquation avec la nature.

El mejor sitio para quedarse en todo Viñales, por no decir en todo Cuba.
Luis es muy amable y una caja de sorpresas. No os perdáis la excursión a caballo desde la misma casa.

Lieu absolument magnifique située au cœur des Mogotes de Viñales. Mention spéciale pour le réveil avec le chant des oiseaux et le petit déjeuner parfait !
Le bar et les menus proposés au restaurant sont quand à eux de très bonne qualité mais un peu plus onéreux que ceux du centre ville.
Pour finir, je dirai que Luis et son personnel sont toujours très serviables et agréables. Une maison d'hôte magnifique ! Muchas gracias !!
