Ecological Farm William y Cary

William & Cary were warm and inviting, the rooms were clean and the breakfast delicious. This was a wonderful place to explore Vinales from. Their place is a little further up the hill, but manageable enough that we walked. Cary also called us a horse cart taxi one evening. We took the farm tour with Cary and walked their family's property (highly recommend). If you're headed to Vinales (this is a charming place to stay).

We had such a great time and met wonderful people in Vinales we stayed on a small farm, just outside of town, it is Casa William and Cary. We knew it was a small farm, but thought that just was the small patch of land the house was on, she has all sorts of stuff growing right there. Turns out it is like a family homestead. She grew up just down the road and her sister lives next door. I am guessing but it looks like it is around 20 acres, has a small river flowing on one side. Turns out they grow around 90 percent of what they eat and supply all of their extended family and others with food. This is in stark contrast to so many of the Cuban people who don't have enough food. Definately take her little informal farm tour! They sow the fields with oxen. Plant many types of crops. She talks about letting sections of the land rest and resupply of nutrients. Sorry this is quite long, but you can tell I was very impressed by them! Her meals were great, you can get a horse carriage ride to and from town. She will set up tours for you!

Dany, my fiancee and I had an amazing stay in this beautiful place. As they wrote in the add, they live in the country site, close to the Mogotes. Dany and I used to get up early to see a marvelous sunrise and go for a walk. This was one of the most beautiful VACATIONS we have had. Besides, Cary and William are wonderful people. Their house is a farm, their food is the best but they are also the best hosts. I wish them the best in the middle of this crisis and we tell them we always talk about this terrific Stay in January, 2019.

Very friendly, welcoming and lovely people! Beauiful place to be in Viñales! Speaks English. We could go trough theire farm and pick fruits from the trees. Yum! If we ever go back to Cuba, we will for sure be stopping by again. Mucas gracias!!

Un endroit exceptionnel !
Cary et William sont très attentionnés, à l’écoute. Ils se sont occupés de nos excursions en étant de très bon conseil.
Ils nous ont fait découvrir leur ferme biologique et nous avons eu l’impression de faire partie de la famille.
La casa est très confortable, spacieuse, il ne manque rien.
Elle donne sur une magnifique vue et le centre ville est accessible à pieds en 10 mns.
Les repas sont préparés avec les produits de leur ferme et Cary est une excellente cuisinière. Nos meilleurs petits déjeuners et dîners sur nos 3 semaines passées à Cuba.
Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous serez enchantés !

Une véritable pépite. Très confortable avec un accueil sincère, Cary et William sont d'une gentillesse attentionné. Leur jardin aromatique et leur ferme sont déjà un voyage jusque dans les assiettes divinement préparé par Cary. C'est une maison avec un cadre de vie relaxant, coloré et bienveillant. Une famille au plaisir de la rencontre, de l'échange et aux services de nos curiosités. Une de nos plus belles halte de Cuba.

Se puede respirar el aire puro dentro de la naturaleza ,cuenta con ambiente agradable , contemplar el Valle y hermosas puestas de sol . Se puede conocer y obtener conocimientos del campo en su entorno más original ,así como debutar de su sabor y aromas naturales .

Przemili gospodarze, super kucharka, bardzo pomocni. Polecam z całego serca.

Excelente lugar. Personas súper cálidas. La comida no puede ser mejor. Calificación de 10.
