Best restaurant in Viñales and the best food I personally had in Cuba all parts included. Nice atmosphere excellent food and fair prices. Not some tourist trap like many others. The owner and all the staff make you feel like home. Definitely a highlight when you're in viñales.

For me, this restaurant is simply perfect, exactly what I'm looking for when travelling. The food and drinks are fresh, homemade, authentic and (above all) taste incredible. We went there a couple of times, and tried pork meat, fish, rice, Cuban pizza, cocktails and guava juice, and I would really recommend it all! Portions are generous and prices more than fair, definitely the best value we found in all of Cuba. The guava juice is made fresh with fruit from the trees in the back garden, and is by far the best I've ever had.

It is a family run restaurant, and Manuel and his family are the most wonderful people! From the moment you arrive they'll make you feel at home, and the dining experience becomes extra memorable thanks to wonderful conversations (they all speak English very well) and the family's generosity and kindness. I have never experienced anything like it, the service is out of this world, and I really feel like I arrived as a guest and left as a friend.

So do yourself a favour and go here for lunch or dinner (or stay in Manuel's casa particular), and get to know him and his beautiful family. You'll not only eat well, but also make new friends and unforgettable memories. I cannot recommend Don Manuel enough, and will definitely come back next time I'm in Cuba!

Is a casa, bar and it also offer some simple meals.

Sin duda uno de los mejores locales de Viñales, y una de las mejores comidas que hemos probado en Cuba. Platos típicos, ricos y a buen precio. Trato inmejorable, cercano y familiar. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de este negocio familiar son las personas que hay detrás. Manuel y sus padres te hacen sentir como en casa, "Don Genaro" el cocinero te saca una sonrisa, y Emmanuel es pura alegría. Además, te resuelven todas tus dudas sobre la isla. Un imprescindible.

Sono stato da Manuel con amici di Milano durante un viaggio con zaino in spalla per Cuba. Abbiamo conosciuto Manuel e suo fratello quasi per caso e da subito sono stati molto accoglienti e ci hanno reso partecipi della loro storia e della storia del loro locale costruito con le proprie mani. Il locale è accogliente ed è a conduzione familiare.
Cibo molto buono e caratteristico.
Manuel inoltre è stato molto bravo ad organizzarci un tour a cavallo a prezzi onesti ( la metà di quello che ci chiedevano le case particulares li attorno).
Infine con lui abbiamo trovato un taxi per Trinidad ad un prezzo veramente corretto (in questo momento gli spostamenti sono molto difficoltosi e cari)..

Consiglio a tutti di passar da lui a trovarlo!

Wir waren zum Abendessen da und haben nicht dort übernachtet. Der Tip kam von unserem Guide Richard, den wir einfach ausprobiert haben. Und es war bisher das beste essen was wir in Kuba hatten und der Preis war einfach unschlagbar. Super Qualität-ich hatte eine super gewürzte Hähnchenkeule und mein Mann hatte Lamm (klein gerupft wie pulled pork) mit Reis, Gemüse und Salat. Auch die Cocktails sind zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die Erfahrung!

Un lieu magique et authentique.
Une rencontre chargée de simplicité et d humanité, de l écoute de la bienveillance et une cuisine riche de qualité et de produits locaux. Tout est local, Manuel et son frère nous accueillent chaleureusement. Tout est simple, comme l atmosphère de Vinales , on est venu pour dîner mais on reste des heures à parler , à savourer la quiétude du lieu et on s impreigne toute en douceur de l ambiance cubaine. Merci pour ce temps de partage et pour tous ces beaux projets familiaux.

La verdad que son una gente maravillosa, con la cual pasar 5 minutos o todo el día porque te contagias de su buena vibra.
Te puedes comer desde una crema de malanga espectacular a un platazo de lo que vos quieras.

El único sitio en toda Cuba en el que hemos escuchado que pongan buena salsa de verdad. Excelentes tragos, buena comida y mejores personas. Nada del típico lugar cliché, sitio autentico. Compartimos un rato buenisimo intercambiando gustos musicales, cenando y tomando con ellos. Fuimos todos los días que estuvimosallá. Familia super amable, de lo mejor de Viñales. Además te hacen buenos precios para reservar excursiones. Lo tienen todo

Comida cubana con productos de su propio cultivo riquisima cocinada con mucho amor. También podrás tomar buenisimos cocktails. La familia que lo lleva es encantadora nos hizo sentir como en casa, desde que lo descubrimos fuimos todos los dias de nuestros 5 dias en Viñales allí, ¡muchas gracias por todo!

Wir sind hier durch Zufall vorbei gekommen, weil uns kein anderes Restaurant zugesagt hat - zum Glück. Zu Mittag hatten wir Pizza und typisch Cubanische Lemonade, welche sehr lecker waren. Am darauffolgenden Abend sind wir nochmal hinn, der Fisch war echt super! Alle sind hier extrem freundlich und nett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Und da er auch alles selbst anbaut ist manchmal etwas nicht vorrätig oder aus - was aber nur für ihn spricht! Heut Abend werden wir wieder hingehen!

Lo mejor de todo Viñales. Ni mural ni hostias, quizás cayó Jutías si, pero lo demás a tomar viento. Vengase a este bar que es como una auténtica casa. La mejor gente y el mejor ambiente. Si quieres cuba, aquí está su esencia. No te olvides de preguntar por los hermanos Lázaro, son el son de Cuba. Y los hermanos (e)Manuel y su familia lo mejor. Un abrazo a esa buena gente!!
